Motel Ile d'Orleans

We stayed for two nights in this charming motel. The view is stunning, our room was comfy, with a vintage look. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who took the time to explain the « must see and must do » on the island. We quickly realized that two days would not be enough! They also rent electric bike rentals at the motel. The bikes are new and we had an amazing time riding the beautiful roads in Ste-Petronille and St-Pierre. We will definitely return again!

I stayed at the motel because has an excellent location between Quebec and pretty nice spots around the island. Is a vintage building with a friendly service, the room had a good size, amenities and was clean. They also offer a bike tour that seems fun (I'm planing to take it next time l come back). Beautiful and peaceful view of the island from the motel. Really comfortable and cozy rooms for short or long stays alike. The access is simple and hassle-free, and the owner is friendly and always attentive to your needs. I will come back!

We rented bikes here. But there is some information that the owner should tell you, that he doesn't tell you. That is a problem.1. There is NO WAY to get to and from this place, without an expensive taxi fare. The owner told us , there is a shuttle bus." But there is not. some other people stranded there said

Rented a 2 person scooter for a trip around the island. All of the staff was very kind and very helpful with information about sites to visit around the island. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time to make it around the whole island with several stops for food/drinks and take in views. Would definitely recommend!

A great little motel with spacious rooms on a beautiful island.The staff were all extremely friendly and speak great English. There is also an opportunity to rent bikes/e-bikes/scooters to explore the island.I thoroughly recommend that you do this as well. I went on the e-bikes on my own and on one of the guided tours. If you go alone the staff have great recommendations but on the tour I learnt a lot more about the islands history, as well as tasting and learning about some of the great produce!

Rented a bike here to ride around the island. The owner was a super nice guy. He let us try out different ones and was patient when instructing us how to use the ebikes. It was perfect for seeing all of the main attractions and sceneries on the island!

Unbelievable place to stay in an incredible picturesque location. The rooms were great and better than expected with fully stocked coffee machine and bottles of water provided and restocked each day. Small play area which is great for the kids whilst you can eat on the benches provided and enjoy the scenery. They offer bicycles electric and non electric for rent and also scooters so you can explore the island. The boss give all the best tips and best routes and places to see. The boss was really engaging and passionate and he cares about his clients whether you stay one day or 20 he treats everyone the same. Highly recommend for couples looking for a few days getaway or small families looking for a safe fun environment they can trust

It was a BLAST! We didnt stay here, but we rented a 2 person motor scooter to ride around the island and had an amazing time. The staff was helpful with teaching us the motor scooter and even gave us a ride home when we were finished and it started raining! I would definitely visit again.

Good potential in terms of location and outside decor and view but the rooms are not clean (cobwebs) and badly taken care of and renovated. Super pricey for what you get. Owner and staff are ok but owner seems to care more about his bike tours and rentals than rooms.
