Great customer service from both the employees there. Any questions or concerns on products they wont hesitate to help you with. By far the best experience at a vape store for me and its my go to location. Cheaper too than most the other stores.

*Response to owner* Why would I even bother talking to you on the phone? To discuss how you’re rude and ignorant? That seems like a complete waste of my time.Owners sitting inside doing inventory, just incredibly rude and patronizing. Unintelligent and irresponsible to act in that manner in front of 4 other patrons. Sad to see a place I’ve spent so much money at run by such pathetic people.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I always enjoy my experience. Whenever he’s working, I always have a good talk with Giovanni. He’s a very personable guy. Very inviting walking into the store, always asks how I’m doing and wishing me a good day after. Makes the buy very smooth and remembers what I get and gives good suggestions

Great selection of cigars at this store (just like the Sherwood Park location). They have a convenient location (right off the highway) and only 10 away from the Edmonton Golf Course or Fort Edmonton Park that I was visiting earlier. Be sure and check them out if you're in the area. Thanks!

Phenomenal experience here today with David. He was able to answer any and all questions for both myself and my friend. Couldn't stump this guy. He showed us cigars we didn't even know existed. We both left with about 10 sticks each and some hardware. Solid humidor and tool choices in the cabinets. Walk in humidor was a good size and carried a wide and complete range of cigars available in the Canadian market. David was great for making suggestions, and was very passionate about the products. Had some great conversation and some good laughs. 10/10 will visit again. I'd say this is likely the best cigar shop in the west end.

Last week I wrote a poor review. I want to amend that review. On Tuesday night I got a call for Mr. Sandeep owner of Nottingham cigars and vapes. He address my problem with professionalism, we got to the root of the problem and discussed a solution. He also offered to replace my cigars if they had problems. They have great employees at the guardian road location. I am pleased to say I will continue to be client. They have a great selection of products. There prices are cheaper then other cars that I have been too.
