BMO Bank of Montreal

Poor experience!! Went there to open business account and Spencer at branch told me he will open it on Monday and send me documents to sign. He did not send anything and is not answering or returning calls . Branch manager should call me back !!

Just want to say this branch has some great staff. Daniella and Ibrahim are so friendly and very quick compared to some of the other branches I have been dropping deposits off at. Love coming here!!!Also love that when there is a line up the big boss (i assume) comes out of his office and works his way down the line asking if he can assist anyone! Amazing!

Be careful When you dealing with them. They don't usually tell you everything you need to know before you sign that paper. When something happened, they will blame YOU and make you think there are problems with your IQ.

Machine always has issues. Wasting gas to come to a broken machine

One of the worse bank locations ever, spent over a year getting a run around for a small loan for hearing aids.I’m a client with BMO for 15 years and have great credit yet this was so difficult for them.meridian decided to save the day, in 7 days. 3 different BMO staff members ( including a manager) and couldn’t accomplish anything because they kept loosing my information and passing me around.Avoid this branch if you can . I should have stuck to my home branch (bunting)

I always get very good service here but today, I would say the teller was exceptional. I couldn't get what I wanted today unfortunately but the teller was most helpful and apologetic and although I was disappointed, I wasn't annoyed when I left.

****EDIT*****....so after this review and reopening my complaint threw head office they deposited the money,still not a single call from the manager or associate from the branch but that fine ill stay with BMO again bank is great however this location with customer service absolute garbage I will into niagara for my banking needs.I was originally very happy with what I was offered with this bank, I switched from RBC however I am not regretting it, I have a great plan but the customer service at this branch is mediocre at best, when I made the switch I was offered a 300 bonus if I met the requirement by a certain time frame i did meet all requirements however when I opened the account the agent never said how many of each had to be completed to be approved so originally they denied it, I filed a complaint after 21 days was called back and told yes we will honor the 300 and it will go in account 3.5weeks later nothing,6vm left not a single call back, this is money from the branch should most defiantly not take 3.5 weeks so I guess ill keep calling maybe this review will get me a faster response then my 6 calls and voice mail and complaint and escalation, plans great bank fees and what they offer great employee customer service horrible! I will never attend this particular branch ever I will go to any other. this has been since June 30/ 2 and a half months for 300$?

It's funny how you can't use the ATM's after midnight because they lock them, leaving you stranded for cash. And try to find a BMO ATM in a convenience store, or mall. That's how they get you for using other banks machines.Disappointed with this. Cost me $30 in ride fares, and I didn't get any money from their ATMs because I couldn't access what they are supposed to provide me...
