Serendipity Event Space

I recently hosted my Bridal Shower here and Bazilla was a HUGE help. She made sure everything was prepped and ready to go for my big day. She continued to check up on us and offered help where was needed. This space is 10/10 great for hosting any event. The booking process was very simple and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had my bridal shower at Serendipity Event Space three weeks ago. The venue was a perfect size for my small event. Bazila was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the booking process.During my planning process, I had inquired about decor packages from Pure Lush Designs & Co, which is Serendipity’s decor company. The lead designer, Melissa, was on vacation at the time and I had to wait to meet with her in person until she got back, which was 2 weeks before my event. The day I had a consultation with her, we discussed my vision, however she did not mention any prices. A few days after our consultation, she emailed me a customized proposal with quotes which included extra charges such as labour fees and admin fees.With only 1 week left until my event, at this point I had to find a different decor vendor (the vendor had to have liability insurance, requested by the venue). Although it was a stressful time for me, I ended up booking a suitable decor vendor.On the day of my event, the party room became very hot although I only had 40 guests. I was not previously informed that the venue does not have a central air conditioning system. There was a small portable A/C unit which did not cover the entire space. The manager on duty provided us with an additional large fan which was not very helpful. This was an inconvenience to my guests during the event and I wish that it could’ve been handled in a better way.Other than the above mentioned inconveniences, the event went well overall.

Our organization hosted 2 events at Serendipity Event Space this year and the venue was just perfect! The staff we worked with Bazila, was so professional and helpful. She promptly responded to inquiries and provided her expertise as needed.The venue is centrally located with lots of parking! The space was clean and having access to the kitchen was also amazing!We will continue to host our events at this space!

I just had my baby shower here at Serendipity Event Space. Everything went well and the venue was perfect for small events. Bazila was amazing throughout the entire process, she was very helpful and had great communication.Our event was about 75 guests and it did get a little bit stuffy and hot in the venue. My only complaint would be that we would’ve wished the ac could have been on in the entire unit as it was very warm outside. Bazila did her best to help the situation by providing us wish a large fan as well as a small ac unit in the actual party room.Overall we had a great experience!

I facilitated a Vision Board workshop at Serendipity Event Space. The room was very clean and quite spacious which was great as we needed to spread out all the magazines and boards. Melissa is so knowledgeable in helping you plan your events. Although I didn't need it, she's also a talented florist. A great venue for small events!

Great event space for 50+ people. Make for cozy and intimate affair. Make your own dance floor space.The tables were super close together so not a lot of room to walk around without bumping into a chair. Although super clean after a few hours washrooms will need a spray small washroom only 2 stalls in the womens.

i had such an amazing experience with Serendipity. They made our entire event stress free and the staff were VERY helpful! Bazila helped us with EVERYTHING and we cannot thank you enough for making my mom’s 50th birthday a day to remember! We will define booking this venue again!

The space is a nice size, if you doing a small or medium event. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful. And will do their best to carier to your every needs.
