Amazing place to buy your new pair of glasses from.Amazing patients care. Because of the eye surgery I've gone through in the past, I had special requirements for my new pair of glasses. Manisha and Catherine went above and beyond; spent a lot of time with me to ensure my needs are met. I highly recommend buying your new pair of glasses from Zeiss.

Very good experience shopping for eyeglasses at Zeiss. Catherine was very helpful in helping me select a pair of frames I liked and did a great job explaining the various lens options available at Zeiss. When small issues came up with my insurance, Catherine was responsive and helpful in getting them resolved.Will definitely go back to Zeiss for all my eyeglasses' needs going forward.One note: Zeiss eyeglasses are definitely on the pricier side, but their quality has been top notch so far. (has been ~1 month since I got the glasses).

I had an amazing experience with Regina! She was so patient and accommodating and remembered me even though I wanted to think on it for a few days before I came back. No pressure or upselling which I really appreciated, especially at such an expensive store. I upgraded to Zeiss lenses from warby parker and there is definitely a big difference - much clearer in every direction and sharper. I have a strong prescription and wear glasses every day, so for me the switch to a well made frame was worth it. The real test will be after wearing them for a year. One warning though - I was concerned that the blue light filter add-on would tint the colour of the lenses, and actually noticed it in the frames on the floor. When I expressed concern, they told me that there would be absolutely no colour cast and that the yellow I saw was because the floor models don't have the Zeiss lenses. But the blue light filter does tint the lenses yellow in my pair - there is a subtle but noticeable colour shift. For me that is a big problem because I work with colour grading. For colour editing I have to wear my old glasses. Probably doesn't matter for most people but if you work with colour or are a digital/visual artist, do NOT get the add on because you won't be able to use them while you work. But overall I loved my experience and my new glasses! I will go back to this store for my next pair, just without the blue light filter.

I had a problem with the appearance of the lenses in my ordered glasses from the store. However, the staff were extremely accommodating and offered a replacement to make sure I was satisfied. Top marks for their consideration in the matter!

An unique interior design and a very friendly & helpful salesperson contributed to a pleasant experience visiting the store. It being one of the very few places in Ontario to carry Gentle Monster eyewear is a bonus.

ZEISS is amazing! The store is bright and clean, and their selection of both optical glasses and sunglasses are unmatched! They are one of the few authorized retailers in the GTA which carry Chanel optical glasses - they have more selection than the actual Chanel store!The whole experience was amazing and seamless. Catherine was friendly and professional, she helped me tremendously with selecting the right style and frame for my face (I am usually quite indecisive). I even picked up a pair of Dior sunglasses in the same style because I liked her suggestion so much!I will be going back for any future optical / sunglasses needs, and I recommend the store to everyone else!
