Very dissatisfied with the company, their product and their service. Had to ship the machine back for servicing. Still more problems. Logos on basic stock smudged when printing. List goes on. Company promised replacement in written guarantee. Not happening. Says still falls within specs. Some specs! Looking forward to end of lease with this bunch.

Hartman Business Machines is awesome, one call and they are the best at helping with questions and showing you how to solve the problems. We have never gone to another supplier for our Digital needs, the way they do business takes the stress out of your life when having issues you don't understand.
