Auto Clearing Jeep & Ram Centre

Customer service, attention to detail and respect are not this dealerships priority. In fact, it has soured my experience to the point where I need to write a review in hopes that it will trigger action at the dealership level. Although I have had very few problems with my Ram, there have been a few instances where I’ve had to bring it in for repair. The service department tells me that it is as good as it’s going to get, and that I can’t expect the truck to work like it was new. They were just fixing the hinges on my tailgate; nothing even mechanical. In addition, they have a rotating Chrysler sales person that is the epitome of an untrustworthy/false individual that will do anything just to get you in the door and then make it seem like it they are doing you a personal favor. My key fob stopped working about three years after I purchased the vehicle, and the Chrysler sales person told me that they would warranty my new key fobs for an extra three years if I purchased a new vehicle that week. What a slap in the face. It’s a $72,000 vehicle, why not help me out instead of lie over the phone just to get me to come down to the dealership to upsell a new truck? Overall, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Saskatoon. So much room for improvement.

I've been thinking about getting a Jeep for several months, and will be ready to purchase in the fall-time. I have had the pleasure of working with Torrance at Auto Clearing, who showed me several different options. He understood that I wasn't quite ready to buy, and we talked about budget. He is sending me great options as they come up, and I will definitely purchase my Jeep from this company. Their service has been impeccable!

Minor Issue:The girl / lady at the front desk needs to learn to smile at arriving customers. She does not give a welcoming look. Some people-skills / interpersonal-training needed here.Medium Issue:Also, please do not put out offers such as these (see photo), which are confusing. It specifically says match the lucky number on the “inside”. When I open the flier the number on the inside matched! So, I went to claim the prize. The lady (mentioned above) calmly says it’s confusing, but you have to match the number displayed at dealership (not on the inside!). Also, one salesman reveals that you have to also be looking for a car….confusing, misleading offer, resulting in waste of time! There is no question of disclaimers here, clearly they do not want to honor the fact that the lucky number on my flier matches the one inside the flier!Minor Issue:Also, I have been trying to update my email on their internal systems for several months, sent emails also, yet their system does not reflect my correct email! How hard can it be?Major Issue:Also, Pat (one of their sales men) who sold me my Dodge caravan, had said yes when I asked for donut tire to be included. But the tire never came with the car, instead they just gave a sealant claiming that my tires are run-flat! I ended up spending 200+ dollars to get a spare. Pat never once called me to check how the newly purchased car is doing after he sold it to me in Jun 2022.

I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. Was dealing with Mainline Rosetown and saw a similar Jeep at auto clearing to check out. Had put a deposit down in rosetown but got offered a better deal here. They threatened to keep my deposit but in the end were set to give it back. The salesman expressed how disgusting it was for them to hold my money as “ransom”. Got a price here settled on so put a deposit down to hold it. Was told it was “non- refundable”. Sure. I was 100% buying the Jeep from them. Called rosetown to get my money released back to me and told them I was going with auto clearing. Dealt with finance trying to get a cash deal done. They definitely did not want a cash deal. The finance manager would not take a hint so I humoured her into seeing about financing. What a joke. Then received a text with a much, much lower price than auto clearing. So went with it. This took less than a full day. Was fully prepared to lose this so called non-refundable deposit. But what kind of business practise is this? Is this how they’ve stayed in business so long? By screwing people out of their hard earned money because they chose someone else? Needless to say the whole dealership is a joke and would never recommend anyone go there. Will strongly advise they don’t.

Please do all you can to save yourself from this dealership. Use extreme caution with every person that you talk to from this business as they are only there to serve themselves and remember to question them continuously. I attempted to trade-in and purchase a different vehicle with them but I quickly left when I realized that this place literally applies every shady sales tactic to trick you. When I tried to discuss this with them they tried to hide under the mirage of the “monthly payment” while refusing to discuss any specific pricing that they calculated on their services or the car they were selling. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.Response to dealership reply: what you have written in your response is a twisted version of the events to say the least. Your “salesman” refused to answer any and all questions I posed to him regarding pricing. He would only speak in terms of the monthly payment and wouldn’t answer any specific questions I had. This was my breaking point following a couple of questionable practices.There were no issues regarding financing and I advise you to be very careful about what you talk about here.. privacy laws exist and I have no problem taking further action if you violate mine. I have shared my experiences as they happened so accept the poor review, move on and most importantly try to do better in the future.

Had an amazing experience here! Torrance was extremely helpful and so nice to deal with! We never felt pressured and they were very willing to work with our budget and help us out!Would 100% recommend! We are extremely happy with our Jeep Trailhawk! Thank you again Torrance for being so pleasant we will definitely be back because of you!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Torrance . He made it easy picking out the perfect dodge truck for me. I also would like to thank Sandy in finance for giving me all the options for payment and warranty. I will be returning in the future for my next dodge Ram. Great place !!!

Recently I purchased a new truck from Auto Clearing and felt the need to leave a review on how painless the process was. I never felt pressured into anything, I was never unsure about the next step, I never felt like they were being shady. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely be back.

I would recommend Auto Clearing to everybody. Don was fantastic, he worked above and beyond what I expected. He was super easy to talk with and very kind. I love my truck

Be sure to ask for Torrance! He is amazing and made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for us and tried to help as much as possible. Great service- they sure know their stuff!
