Had a good experience with working with them. My truck was totaled over last weekend and we had to go to the yard to remove all our personal items from the totaled truck. The staff was professional and courteous and helpful. They helped remove the wrecked cap and even went out of their way to move another vehicle so I could access mine better! Very pleased with them at a unfortunate time for me. Also, impressed with the level of security in making sure my personal belongings, and that of other people who are in the same situation as me's belongings are kept safe and secure until we are able to come get what is ours.

My vehicle broke down on me and I wasn't sure what kind of penalties I would incur leaving it on the side of road. I called them up and within half hour a worker showed up and helped. He was curteous and cool despite the fact it was late and he was probably on call and resting. Good service. Good driver.

I called right when they opened the lady on the phone was pleasant and very professional. The driver arrived less than 20 minutes after my phone call. The driver was super friendly and helpful. I told him my plans of getting someone to help me push the car into the garage after it was towed and he backed it right into the garage for me!

I got a quote a to haul a small load they brought only half, then said if I wanted the rest I need to cough up more money. the load didn't over load the trailer. They claimed it would. Either they don't know how to haul or they are just running a extortion racket. I would never recommend them or use them ever again. Lost 30k using these guys.

Great service! My puppy locked itself in the truck when I had run into the house for second. Called Accel and they had a very friendly gentleman there quick and unlocked my doors free of charge! Great service, will definitely be using these guys for any of my towing needs!

Amazing customer service and great communication. From the time I first called at 3:30am on a Sunday morning to the time I was home was two hours. My truck broke down 45 minutes from Brandon and was a 70km tow home. Super fast response. Can't say enough praise.

awful service. Crashed the hood of my car, when it got delivered/dropped off. Now they don't call us, refuse to pick up Our calls, and don't want to resolve the problem. The manager ignored all of my calls, Angela Thompson, Please contact me, and please tell me what is going on.

Amazing service. I locked myself out of my car in -20 degree weather late at night. I called and a driver arrived in less than 10 minutes. He unlocked my car free of charge and was very kind.

Wow! Just wow! The dispatcher is super friendly, and the drivers were very understanding and caring! They even recommended many places for me to bring my car to.They did a fantastic job! And they even neatly parked my car to where it was supposed to go in it's parking space!I *fully* recommend these guys to everyone.
