Precision Auto Service

Before going to Precision I spoke with numerous shops who overadvertise their abilities with EVs, when in reality they only can do basic mechanical maintenance, and I would know more than them. This is not the case with Precision - they actually gave me some advice before I towed the vehicle in, and I found them through Michaels blog post about the same type of battery, where I saw the attention to detail (e. g. the cell modules seemed to be cooled when they were being charged separately – most people would not bother). They have handled a complex procedure (a high voltage battery pack control module repair) without issues, with top notch transparency. This is how I imagine a true 21st century shop - they are knowledgeable, organised, open and stand behind their work. Thank you Michael and Brian. I only wish I was not five hours drive away!

After being in and out of my local dealership for three months; Precision researched and found the problem in less than three hours and immediately began working to repair the problem. I am impressed with their service!!! Christine, my service advisor, went above and beyond, and did an outstanding job at keeping me informed and up to date on the repair. I have been driving for over 50 years and I could not be happier with their service.

This is our first time as a custumor with Precision. They prepared our RV with a Mercedes Sprinter Chassis for an upcoming 6 mth trip across Canada. They are extremely overpriced!! I was quoted just under $8000.00 to replace the eng in my Pontiac Vibe. This is an absurd amount of money for this job. Another shop quoted me $3500.00 to install a good, tested, used motor. I was however happy with how the diagnostics were performed and the explanation of findings. Just way to expensive. I won't be going back.

My experience was great. Communications was prompt and friendly. Their quote was accurate. They helped source a transmission in my EV and replaced it at half the dealer costs. I am impressed and very pleased with the whole experience. Their EV tech is very knowledgeable and capable and their advisor Merrick provides excellent service. I have not experienced such professionalism in awhile, thanks to the team there. Update: it’s been 2 months since repairs and vehicle still drives nice and quiet. So glad I entrusted them with the repair.

Efficient, effective and economical. Saat and Matt helped bring my 2500 Sprinter back to life after it had some issues with the turbo. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue(s) and Saat had efficient and clear communication. The quote was fair and accurate. 10/10 would recommend
