Terrible communication and customer service. Never pick up the phone. Misunderstood what we were trying to order without seeking clarification.

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered a piece of equipment through them via purchase order for the organization I work for. They failed to deliver the equipment to the ship to address that was clearly specified on the PO. They mailed it to the bill to. Of course you had to pay for the equipment up front so now they are accepting no accountability. Of course the item is a heavy die press and now I'm going to have substantial costs shipping it to the correct location. They want to push fault to anyone but themselves. I've worked in purchasing over 5 years and this is some of the worst people I've ever dealt with. Stephan Dussault is a crook just like this company. I try to call and speak with his manager and they say he's in charge of his accounts and doesn't work for anyone. I work for a multi billion organization and will make sure NO One in my purchasing department ever uses these guys.

To this jerk that think that 5 years of customer services gives him the knowledge to know everything. I've been in customer service for at least 20 years and i'm still learning the ropes. First of all, How was you PO discription?Was it clear? Cause if a mistake is done BY A HUMAIN , IT ONLY SAYS ONE THING: HUMANITY CAN DO MISTAKES, BUT WAS IT YOUR PO THAT WAS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH.....?! Didn't you receive your goods? so he is not a thief! So now that you are not my customer , I can only say one thing ,....get a life and change career cause you probably do mystakes to ....

Creepily stalked my boss after I asked a question about an item on eBay. Had great difficulty in organizing purchase. Arrived over a week late with wrong plug installed. Would not honor warranty. Never buy anything from here.
