Having had a recent bad experience with a landscaper, I was very cautious about hiring someone else. My wife suggested we bring Shane and Heather by, as her mother had seen their work. I reluctantly agreed to have him by to scope things out. Within an hour, I knew they were the right people for the job. Not only did they show up on time (which is not common in this industry), they came prepared. They listened more than they spoke, and when they did speak, they asked great questions about what we wanted to do, what was our ideal state etc... Additionally, Shane and Heather provided guidance and weren't afraid to give their opinion on some of our ideas.The work began as planned. They always showed up on time, and if for some reason they were going to be late or couldn't make it (which was rare), we were always told. Never did they leave us hanging. Furthermore, when materials were delayed, they always let us know and would work on other sections of our yard while we waited for the materials.Personally, when I make decisions on any purchase I prioritize value. The work that Shane and Heather did has given my wife and I the backyard paradise we've been envisioning for years. In fact, the yard turned out better than expected.There's nothing better than working hard all week and then opening my door to paradise.I would be happy to discuss the great experience we had with anyone. From the design to execution of our major bathroom renovation, Shane and Heather were a fantastic team. They kept the reno clean and stress free and completed the project earlier than the anticipated finish date. They came prepared evey day and helped us with the many decisions needed along the way. Including taking out a portion of a closet to create some much needed space in our small bathroom. The closet is more functional now than before and the bathroom is more comfortable with the extra space. An idea we never would have thought of on our own!
