The crucial aspects of this sale were well handled. Number one was finding the right price. We received timely feedback to get to the price where we saw 4-6 viewings/wk. From there we had enough information to know what our minimum acceptable sale price was. But through effective client conversation we felt reassured that our sale price was acceptable. Chelsea did many other things, was present throughout the sale, got feedback from Sine realtors, did open houses, relisted, and many other helpful favors to get to closing. Being out of town the whole time, we felt like we could rely on her. Chelsea is my first stop for Pointes real estate. If we come back, we are ringing Chelsea.

Jeanne Lizza Lidane quickly and efficiently got my father-in-law's house ready for market. She handled so many invaluable details when you are selling from out of state. In addition, Jeanne found all the tradespeople to perform updates and tackle items on the C of O inspection. I highly recommend using Jeanne to buy or sell your house; she's the best!
