We booked a reservation here for our 10th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by the hostess quickly and met with the most charismatic server. We listened to the recommendations and went with the salmon and the seafood linguine. Wonderful flavours and presentation. With dinner we had a bottle of wine. The sommelier presented us with options that would be best suited for our meal with knowledge and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the suggestions and the food paired beautifully. 10/10. We will be back.

Amazing atmosphere, great staff, great wine selection. Outstanding entrées and appetizers! Bavette is next level - one of th best I have ever had. Lamb Shank was incredible. Dessert was outstanding, ...I'm usually not a caramel girl but oh my god, never had anything close to this good! I'm in heaven

Incredible how such a high level of gastronomy can be set in such a welcoming European and intimate setting. Highly recommended. The jaret, 43 years on the menu, was to die for. The St Sauveur ambiance is one of a kind.

Return to this restaurant after 6-7 years. Good location; good selection of wines; the drinks and food not as expected. Asked for gin and tonic and rum and coke and brought us extremely flat unflavored drinks. Order some appetizers (French Onion soup and Escargot) and nothing to recommend.

We had a lovely dinner here. We were looking for something besides pizza and bar food (plenty in the area) and this was a nice find. Service was friendly. Food took awhile to come out, looked like they were understaffed. We really enjoyed the apps, the seafood soup was great. Duck confit was delicious. The walleye was underseasoned but it was cooked well otherwise, liked the crispy skin.

I have been eating at La Boheme since I was 14, 24 years ago!I go every Sunday.The place has changed hands since the pandemic. The previous owner took great care of his restaurant's reputation.The new owner is a beautiful woman that both runs the restaurant and spends most days in the kitchen.While the menu has changed a little. The quality of the food has not changed. All the changes have been improved in my opinion.Everything on the menu is excellent.Truly. The desserts are extremely delicious. Coming from someone that doesn't eat sweet foods. The chef makes an amazing brown butter caramel sauce that almost steals the spotlight of the main dessert.Highly recommend this wonderful rustic little restaurant in St Sauveur.It's very affordable and worth every penny.

My friend and I discovered this place in the cute little St-Sauveur village. I was attracted by the hot onion soup on the menu, the perfect way to warm up after a day of skiing. Be careful, the driveways near the restaurant lead up to private property. There's free public parking in designated lots down the street. The menu is mostly meat based, their specialty. All main dishes come with the soup of the day, the chef's salad or escargots (the latter for a $2 supplement). According to the waitress, the best seller is the veal liver with raspberry sauce. I ordered the duck and my friend the little" steak. Our soup of the day was a perfectly seasoned cream of vegetable. My duck was cooked to perfection (rosé)

5 Stars! Resto La Boheme is a must. This 120 year old restaurant, the oldest restaurant in Saint Sauveur, served one of the best things I have ever eaten. Beyond the cozy and warming atmosphere, Nic the host, along with his team, made us feel welcome and at home. If I were to go there again, it would be hard for me to break away from the beautiful bottle of wine we enjoyed, the french onion soup, and especially the Boeuf Bourguignon. Thank you Resto La Boheme!

We were looking for restaurant fairly last minute and decided to give La Boheme a call. What a great decision! It was perfect for us to spend an evening in Saint-Sauveur. Our host Stephan was fun and transparent about setting our expectations that food will take a while - not an issue for us. Once we selected our wine from their bottle library, time was irrelevant.The Duck Confit was fantastic and portions were very generous. We never felt forgotten and pushed to leave. A very enjoyable evening overall.
