Peter gives exceptional customer service. We are very happy with our new espresso machine. The store has beautiful high end machines. Fantastic customer care. Peter takes the time to answer questions for customers. Prices are fair.

I just discovered this shop today. The amazingly friendly couple who run this business welcomed me when I came in to pick up my online order. This shop has an excellent selection of coffee machines, coffees, teas and syrups. Their online order system worked seamlessly. I would have given this business 10 stars if I could have.

This is an outstanding supplier of coffee equipment and coffee.The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.We have been buying our home and office equipment, coffee and supplies here for over a decade.Always friendly, never in a rush (unless you need something quickly!)I can highly recommend Peter and Kellie's fantastic business for all of your coffee needs.And they will ship coffee to you if live out of town.

Did an excellent job refurbishing my Rancilio, then helped me sell it as I upgraded to a new machine. Couldn't ask for better service or advice. They send their tech to Italy for training according to my friends at Italian Supermarket that recommended Peter and Kelly to me. Very pleased.

Can't say enough about my experience here! Peter, the owner, took the time to explain the intricacies of my machine (respecting just how new to this I am). He looked at my Rancilio and gave me some of his professional tips on how to make espresso and what to look out for. His customer service in that short time has made me a life long customer.Just a class act!

Well, Just finished writing a massive rant.. So i scrapped it and will get to the point.- Almost Zero Information on their website.- Incredible lack of Organizational skills. Zero Inventory management- When asked if they have parts they attempt to get you in the door. Then proceed to rummage through the back room. Then come back out and say no they don't have the parts.- I also attempted to purchase an Espresso machine about 10 years ago and needless to say their customer service at that time was literally the same.I would request that the owner step back and take a look at their peers for a month or two. Decide what part of business gives him the most enjoyment and satisfaction and then re-brand with some social media, including Video's of reviews, Videos of coffee roasting, Inventory management software, Lastly and most importantly a scheduling program so you don't over book your service calls.Lastly, not once have i been able to spend money here. Every time it's a runaround. The sad part is my clients tend to recommend this place often. So when I get off my high horse I come back once every couple years and fall on my face again. I'm a plumber and often do installs, cleaning, filters etc for clients in the Coffee industry.

I haven't shopped here in person before, but their online order and curbside pickup is superb! Its very nice to see this option available at a specialty store. My order was ready within minutes and I was able to purchase my favorite brand of syrups for almost half the price that they are on Amazon! I'm very thankful I saved money and didn't have to buy online or visit a bunch of different stores to find the flavours I needed.

Brought in my machine for warranty work and received it back in worse condition than I brought it in. The machine is less than a week old and upon returning home I noticed my machine was repacked in the box with the portafilter sitting on top of my machine scraping metal on metal. So now not only is my machine still not fixed, but the metal water filter cover is now scratched up on top of it all.UPDATE:Peter was gracious enough to call me to reach out" about this review only to argue and be overly aggressive in the call immediately.He apparently felt I was "picking on them" because in his words I was "Taking a chance at buying something online and it got damaged which isn't our fault" and "you have a beef with the manufacturer and are taking it out on us"Let me be clear

Great, freshly roasted coffee beans. House blend is my favorite. Great services and products. Great prices.I make 1 cup at the time. Read freshly ground and brewed and very strong.I Don't keep old coffee, in a pot.The smell and taste is delicious.
