Absolute pathetic service whether that be in branch or through email. Branch Manager does not give full attention, she is not at all welcoming, her attitude is as if she has been forced to fulfill her job duties. When I took my issue to the branch, I felt as if I am guilty of a crime unless otherwise proven. I would never have opened my account here and I have been trying to transfer my home branch. Super highly NOT recommended. Upper Middle Branch is much better. I would recommend higher management of First Ontario Credit Union that this branch staff should either be replaced or otherwise should be closed permanently.

Melanie stayed late when I opened an account back in 2015 or so. That was AMAZING service! - Fast forward to the last few interactions and they have all been awesome! - Joshua Rigby is definitely the king of balancing customer needs/requests with corporate objectives! - Special shout out to the tellers whom work behind that counter- You're doing awesome too! :)

I had a terrible experience with this branch and a lady named Melanie. I booked an appointment to inquiry about an autoloan. Not only was I put into a box" by the consultant from the moment I stepped into her office I was asked in several different ways why I was applying through them

Incompetence at its finest. No follow up, providing incorrect information. Sending false information about missed payments. Avoid at all costs.
