Elegant Nails Salon & Spa

(Not a fake review, I’m just non confrontational so I didn’t want to post about it until now). Got my nails done here for a wedding I was attending a few months ago. Asked for pink and silver on the ring finger in each hand. Kevin left in the middle of doing my nails for over 30 minutes, I assume told his staff to continue my nails, no one did anything and instead tended to the walk ins that came after me. (I booked an appointment). I sat there for 30 minutes with untrimmed tips glued to my fingers being ignored by every member of staff, because I didn’t want to make a fuss I didn’t say anything and just waited. Kevin eventually returned, I was going to get my toe nails painted too but I had already been there for a long time and couldn’t be bothered at this point. I wanted to get the silver on one finger but couldn’t be bothered to explain what I wanted as they were too busy and rushing through my nails. At the end of it, I was offered $5 off for a service that lasted way longer then it was supposed to, and crooked, lifting nails.Not only that, but my mother runs the school for SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN upstairs and countless times he has banged on the ceiling of his nail salon to “silence the children.” Thank you for months of harrassment Kevin, Class of West K is moving. I hope you find peace knowing you bullied special needs children and their teachers out of the building.

Awful, $50 and didn’t even last 15 minutes, shellac is messy and has lumps and woke up this morning with an infection starting around the big toe nail. Do not recommend, will not go back.Update…infection got worse, had to go to ER for them to open up my toe to release infection and clean it out and now on antibiotics.

I’ve been to many nail salons and seen many nail techs, and Kenvin from Elegant nails is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I’ll never go to anyone else again. He takes his time and does an amazing job, is kind and caring, and actually talks to you. He has always welcomed me with a smile and I always leave the salon in a good mood after seeing him.

Kevin did an awesome job. He is very nice and professional. I changed my nail colour even after doing 3 nails but he was very patient and changed them nicely. Really recommend.

I have been going to Elegant Nails for over 3 years and I am so lucky to have found a great nail technician. Kevin listened to me and understood what I was looking for. I have a unique requirement and he was able to provide excellent service. He gives attention to detail and his work is by far one of the best I have ever had. Vi and Kevin are very friendly personable owners who care about their client. If you want a great reasonably priced pedicure, Vi and her staff will be happy to assist. They give attention to detail and cleanliness and disinfect all their tools. We are very lucky to have the services of Elegant Nails in West Kelowna.

Super quick and very well done. I got acrylic nails done and asked for almond shape and came out amazing! Very impressed. I came here for a vacation and don’t know the area well but I highly recommend going to elegant nails! My sister got a pedicure and came out amazing. Thank you so much

My partner and I have been looking for someone to help with pedicures. I was pleased that this salon answered the phone, worked around our schedule to get us in.together. Both ladies did exactly what we wanted amd a really good job. I highly recommend this salon.

Very dissatisfied with how my nails turned out. The salon itself is very dirty and the lady who was doing my nails stopped doing them to take a nap on the pedicure chair. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday and the shape is all weird and not at all what I asked for. I had a broken nail and the nail tech didn’t bother removing it. She just put a new nail over top of it. It seemed very unprofessional. There is nail polish on my skin and my nails are crooked. She tried fixing it but they still don’t look professionally done. I am not one to write nasty reviews but I had a bad experience here. I do not recommend going here.
