Dr Reginald has seen both of my babies and is professional, kind and knowledgeable. The office is busy but the staff are friendly. Wait times are in line with all specialist offices however this staff are always helpful and accomodating.

Very long waiting even during pandemic in a small room. We were there from 12:20 till 2:10 that we got out. The staff where great but Dr. Reginald spent less than 4 mins to answer our questions after such a waiting he just said He needs sunglasses

My son has been seeing Dr. Reginald for around 6 years now. Only positive things can be said about him. He is professional, kind, knowledgable and knows how to connect with kids. I am very happy to be under his care, he makes my son feel like a super star with his rare eye condition.Yes, be prepared to wait. But will I take waiting over a not as caring doctor any day.

Almost 2hr wait for a 2mins consult. Why even take appointments? We have been coming here only because we have no other option. Although a good doctor but no care for people’s time.

Dr. Reginald is very attentive to his patients. Assessed my eye problem for almost one year prior to deciding to operate. He has taken the time to answer any questions. On occasion his office staff had me wait on the phone for a few minutes while they posed my question to the doctor and then got the information to me immediately. Dr. Reginald is typically on time with his appointments. Highly recommend.

My 6 year old daughter was suffering from a medical condition. Receptionists, Amanda and Erica were very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate in the handling of her referral. After first rejecting the referral, they had us re-fax her referral multiple times, and showed no empathy for the patient's situation. It's been weeks, and she still hasn't been give an appointment.

We absolutely love Dr. Reginald. He provides great care for both our daughters. Like any doctors office sometimes that wait is long but in his case being amazing at what he does is worth the wait. Highly recommend him.

I had suddenly come down with severe double-vision and my family doctor had proposed it was just due to getting old" and just prescribed prism glasses. Fortunately another doctor referred me to Dr. Reginald who took my case seriously and proceeded with multiple measurements over the course of a year to confirm that surgery was an option. Dr. Reginald performed the surgery himself and the results were amazing and I no longer require corrective glasses. Throughout the entire process
