I delivered a 3-hour workshop at this location on behalf of the United Way Toronto & York Region. The facility is clean, well-maintained and properly equipped with the necessary technology to deliver training sessions. Natasha was very helpful, ensuring that we had everything we need to complete the session successfully.

Can't say enough about the team at the Richmond Hill Art School! Professional, kind, fun, accommodating and just wonderful overall. They have a great facility as well! Would highly recommend them for kid and adult courses!

It was the best decision to enrol our daughter into The Richmond Hill Arts school. The teachers are amazing and they work beautifully with kids. Very knowledgeable and make the child always feel excited for class! Definitely recommend!

Richmond Hill Art School offers a very professional atmosphere, and the art instructors are excellent. I have to say that it is a combination of everything. Very well equipped and organized. From back up material to an oversize projector screen, background music if needed for special functions as well as light. It offers plenty light to capture every detail you will need to see while working on an art project. The school offers a variety of courses for all ages. Very well structured. I have had the chance to see and be with some of the instructors that work there. What I like the most is the way they teach. It is absolutely delightful.I am glad to know that Richmond Hill City has a very hidden and chic" place to take art classes. It is great ambiance for rental at a very affordable price. My daughter, Katerina, has been going to art classes for 3 years. We have tried different schools in Aurora, Vaughn and Richmond Hill, what won us over is the program: class follows curriculum during the school year and you can see skills build up from one technique to the next. She brings home not only pretty" pictures to impress parents

It was a great decision to enroll my son into the Richmond Hill Arts School. He learned so much and had built good technical art skills from this school. We are so happy that he has been accepted into the visual art high school for September 2023. A special thanks to Yasmeen and Andrew for being the most amazing and knowledgeable instructors. I am 10 and I started going there last September, and in 6 months I learned so much and my skills improved a lot.I love my teacher Michelle, and I love to be there every Saturday!

We had a wonderful birthday party for my 6 year old girl. It's such a great space for an arts birthday party, very spacious, very clean and very bright. There's a separate space for the adults to eat and socialize while the kids all focused on their art. All the kids enjoyed the painting and they all turned out fabulous. Natasha was very responsive and organized during the booking process. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Natasha and her assistant were so patient with the kids and really took their time with the art activities. After the art activities, We were able to take our time with the cake and food without being rushed out (like some other places would). Highly recommend this place for kids birthday parties.

Our daughter started attending lessons last September. She did a tremendous progress and she can’t wait for Saturday’s to come to attend her class.Nice and clean environment, staff is friendly and accommodating, and our daughter loves Michelle, her teacher.

1. Cancelled classes with very short notice (2 hrs before class starts).2. Make up classes not scheduled originally until parents complained.3. Claims to have emailed the parents regarding events, but did not actually email us.4. Sends very rude emails to clients.5. Poor customer service. Does not respond to email or phone calls.6. Does not admit to mistakes.7. Poor location in an old building. No parking. There is only 8 spots in the lot (over 15 kids coming in and out). One of the parents scratched their car.
