As a sub contractor working to install permanent festive lighting on the outside of a residence at Big White, we have nothing but praise for Weninger as they were extremely helpful in coordinating the project and providing assistance with access, lifts, and answering all our questions plus taking care of small details. We had the opportunity to work with Weninger construction on a large custom build located in Big White. From start to finish, they where a pleasure to work with. Shauna the Project Manager was very organized and kept the designs and specifications for the project clear. The job site was well managed by their site super Ethan. Our installers always had a safe and clean environment to work in. Marlin & the team at Weninger Construction really stepped in and helped us get our renovation improvements finished for the start of the Big White Ski seaon this year (2022/23).We were left very exposed with a couple of summer renovation improvements that were half finished in our Big Whiet chalet when an alternate contractor had to suddenly leave BC for personal reasons.Even though Marlin & Wenniger Construction were very busy themselves, Marlin agreed to help us get the work finished.Jenny Giesbrecht project managed the work and she was amazing from our first interation - she was professional, managed the communication with us and our expecations perfectly. Once Jenny and the Weninger team started, we very quickly felt like things were under control.A massive thankyou to Marlin and Jenny.

We were so fortunate to be able to work with Weninger Construction to build our chalet at Big White. As we were remote for much of the process, it was critical to have partners who we could completely trust from the ground up. The home we envisioned was quite different in style to a typical Big White chalet and they embraced our vision and made it come to life, delivering on unique features of beams, lighting and a modern kitchen. They worked as a team to provide a full service custom build, from design and engineering to permits, approvals, construction as well as finishes. Their communication was excellent and their attention to detail was highly impressive. The team had excellent problem solving skills and gave us great options when any construction issues were encountered. Perhaps the best evidence of the team’s integrity and commitment to excellence was their follow though on the finished product. Even after all of the invoices were paid and the project was ostensibly complete, the team worked to ensure that any necessary adjustments or deficiencies were promptly addressed.
