Great customer service he repaired my fridge from time of call to done was 1hr!!! He also waited while I cleaned behind before putting it back in place !!! And a big shout out to his grandson Daniel for cleaning the top of my fridge! !!as for the price it was very fair when you think of the quick friendly service ...I come from a customer service industry it is very refreshing to see people still care!!! Well done Roger! Thank you again for the speedy friendly service!

Professional, helpful, informative.I called looking for a stove part, and learned the manufacturer no longer makes it. Roger called around for me - without being asked - to try and find it somewhere. He was unable to help me, through no fault of his own, but still went above and beyond. Thanks to him, I understand my situation perfectly (never buy a Moffat), and even though I have to buy a new stove, I ended my call with him feeling educated, upbeat, and confident.

Two thumbs up. My fridge went on the fritz the day before. I called to have my fridge repaired, even though his schedule was full, he managed to fit me in and had my fridge fixed and running again within the hour. He saved our Thanksgiving supper.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel I must after having Roger fix my stove. He was very knowledgeable, quick, friendly and affordable. Really went above and beyond by helping with another appliance issue on the same service call. Would have him back to do repairs in a heart beat.

He showed up promptly when he said he would. Within an hour, my washer was working like a charm, and as quiet as when I bought it.Explained what caused it to break and how to avoid it from happening again.Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend 5***** service

What a pleasure to deal with. From the time I called to my dryer being fixed was under an hour. Roger came same day, had the part in his truck and completed the service quickly - all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend.
