The staff here are amazing, they have so much product knowledge and are always helpful and friendly. One huge thing i find when shopping at other locations is the staff try harder to push the sale than help the customer with their exact needs and i have never once felt this way at the guildford location. Always a joy shopping here!!

Very knowlegeable staff. They treat you like how a customer wants to be treated. There is no sales push by the staff. Products are on a bit costly side but they do work.

Incredible customer service, amazing products and of course you always come out feeling pampered and smelling amazing! Grateful for the amazing bath salts and immune boost roll on!

First time to spend time in Saje and the sales associate Ron spent extra time to explain the benefits and ingredients of the product to help us select what we needed.Excited to try the oils!

My favorite. I love and have tried everything and I loved everything. Staff are also very friendly the yoga spray well I spray my bed furniture and even myself with it that's how much my husband and I love it.

Stopped by their pop-up today at 'Party for the Planet' in Surrey. As usual, they are putting Peppermint Halo on anyone and everyone who walks by, in fact I was sold a $30 bottle after being told by enthusiastic sales people 'it's good to cool you off on a hot day' (like it is today) and invited to 'come back as many times as I'd like for more free applications'.However, upon getting home and reading the label it clearly says 'DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE', 'DO NOT USE IN AREAS EXPOSED TO SUN' as well as 'DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING'. It's a hot sunny day, I am visibly pregnant and feel that the staff aren't doing their due diligence and are failing to use their product knowledge training that essential oils (although fragrant and relaxing) can also be quite dangerous to expecting mothers. I've since learned peppermint can actually induce early contractions and cause miscarriage/early birth.I returned to the booth as soon I realized, with my unopened product and receipt, only to be told refund isn't possible outside of store and will have to visit their Guildford location to speak with someone (which for me, will have to wait until next week).Shocked and unimpressed, I think as a company you and your staff can do with re-evaluation courses in both 'PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE/SAFETY' and 'CUSTOMER CARE'.

Excellent customer service! These guys rock. One person in particular, Ron!! You’ve got to see him serve you with all the info. The man had a good blend of humility and competence.

I always loved their products & I have purchased their products many times. Having said that be cautious when purchasing any kind of diffuser, incase of malfunctioning & returning or exchanging the product expect dispute , even with proof of purchase. Needless to say I had very unpleasant experience at their guildford location.

As soon as I got in the store, I was welcomed with smiles from the employees.The store is clean and the open concept is very nice.Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. He was patient enough to explain about the scents. I ended up getting more than the planned budget.I am not sure if it was just me, there were lots of diffusers going on but I can't really smell which scent was diffusing. Probably the store was too open and the scent does not stay. I am still giving the 5 stars.
