Today i went to this outlet and i ordered 4pic of chicken combo and this is what i got(on the pic) . When i went to ask the employees they said all the wing are like that. And didt accept this as their fault. They were really rude and didn’t even wanna help me out . Teach the employees how to cook hygienically and plus how to talk to the customers properly. The cook even told me that its a bone but it is not a bone its a feather of a chicken.

Food was great. Was told it would be 8 minutes for my meal after ordering - was just over 10. Before the wait started, there was a brief period between ordering and paying. I had ordered a chicken sandwich combo and while one of the staff was preparing my drink, I suspected that she, and the staff member that took my order, were making derogatory comments about me in Hindi. While waiting the behaviour continued. My suspicions were confirmed when I chose to wait while sitting at the table closest to the kitchen area and loaded the Google Translate app I keep installed. Admittedly, I'm not 100% certain based solely on the words that I was the target but either way, definitely inappropriate. I am still confident of my assessment as my initial suspicion was based on the body language, eye movement and tone of voice.The staff seemed to be young. Hopefully as they mature a stronger sense of empathy will incorporate into their personalities.But, as my review began, the food was great. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had.

Ordered mobile delivery. Took 35minutes to prepare while the driver was waiting at the location ready to pickup for about 10-15minutes based off of the app. Ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and onion rings. Received only the onion rings and fries. Not the first time this has happened, definitely done ordering from this location.

For me, it looked more like a factory not a food outlet. Boss was shouting at cashier. Lol. This location is not worth it, guys. See the photos of chicken thighs. It looks more like quail thighs.Now, i am reading others reviews. Most people complained about small pieces. How do they do it. I think to make extra profit, they order small and old chicken pieces. Damn!

Third class sandwiches. They make me wait for 15 minutes and still sandwiches are not good. Plus employees over there don't have even name tags on. I will recommend not to buy late night food from this specific location.

Great burgers.Kids are crazy about a spicy chicken burger. Crispy. Not too many things in it just pickle and chicken with light sauce just perfect. Busy place. 4* is decor missing a bit of brightness.
