Was so impressed with the customer service and ease of languages. Had a great time learning about the new skates and the staff took the time to understand what I was looking for and how I had skated in the past. Great shop and the place to check out if you are thinking of getting skates.

Great service, super knowledgeable. Before this, I went to a big general sports store and kinda blindly bought a pair after waiting 10 minutes for a random clerk to even notice me, and gave me pretty superficial information about skates, and ended buying a pair that didn't suit me. Don't make that mistake, talk to these people, they've been skating for decades, and buy the right pair the first time.

UPDATE: No company who puts in the effort to resolve issues deserves a bad review. I will say, it's disappointing that it seemed to take me leaving a review for my issue to be resolved, but the explanation provided is understandable why my experience wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. Originally I was unhappy about the lack of communication and the fees that were involved in the shipping option. It was a bit of a nuisance to have to return the skates but I think it would have been much smoother if the communication was done in a timely manner. They were able to provide me with a refund and followed up via email to apologize and get feedback on what happened with my order. In the future I may attempt to order online again.

Went in store to try on those skates, had great and friendly service from David, ended up buying them!Update (after sale service): i had an issue with one of my rollerblades, i called them and they gave me an appointment to fix it under warranty. Service was quick and great!

Very helpful staff. They have a very large and diverse collection of products and very professional staff. I was helped by Gigi to pick out a skate for my girlfriend, and he was very patient in helping me measure the inner length of the shell and exploring liner options if the skate didn’t fit. This has been my best shop experience so far and would recommend any skaters to visit!

Purchased the FR FRX 80. Quick shipping. Got them and the fit was just a bit too tight and got the exchange done with no hassle and the responses were quick. Prompt service and they seem to actually care about the skating profession itself! Great spot. I purchased from Ontario and everything was great.
