Jamie is scared at beginning, but always encouraged by coach, he likes swimming and like be recognized by coach. We all like here.

Our family is absolutely thrilled with the classes at Felix Swim School! Both of our children can't stop talking about how much they love their lessons and eagerly look forward to each and every one. The staff at the school is professional, demonstrating a genuine care and dedication towards the students. It's evident that they truly have a passion for teaching and helping children thrive. Our children's swimming skills have improved in leaps and bounds, and we couldn't be prouder. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Felix's for their hard work and commitment to providing an exceptional swimming experience for our children!

I couldn't have asked for better swim teachers! They are absolutely fantastic, catering to both beginners and those at intermediate levels. Whether you're just getting comfortable in the water or have some prior swimming experience, they are incredibly patient, encouraging, and make each lesson super fun!

We’ve done seasons at Felix any our kids are progressing and leveling up. We like that our classes are weekly with the same instructor, and a supervisor is monitoring at all times!

Highly recommended. We are on our second season. The kids have have so much fun and the instructors are super nice and friendly.

We're in our second season of parent and tot currently. So far we're pleased with the program. It's for children 3months to 3 years, which I find personally a bit of a gap when it comes to having a 5 month old in the class to a 2.5 year old, sometimes there is just too much of a difference in their levels for everyone in the class to be doing the same thing. Other than that the staff are friendly, their on time, and the facility is always clean. Viewing option from a window and there are communal change rooms individually lockable. There is however only one change table for babies. The water is warm and it's salt water. The classes are the more expensive of the swim schools we looked into. We like our instructor she's patient with the tots, and is all about getting them comfortable with water.

Well worth the fees. Tried the city run classes; group and semi-private for a few years with no success. Swim to Survive through school yielded similar results. However, there was definite improvement by the 2nd class with Felix. Pool is small, but not crowded, heated and saltwater. The instructors are excellent and patient. Change rooms are shared and small but works fine. Not sure what's up with the big corner change room with no door or curtain though. Daughter assessed with basically no skill and by the end, she passed Level 2 going on to Level 3, son assessed at Level 2 and now going into Level 4 <- 11 classes (1st one was assessment) with 1 more to finish up the session.

Cons:I had signed up for the one month class but my experience was very underwhelming. The main issue was the ratio of instructor to students was quite low. 90% of my classes had 4-5 students and often they were of completely different levels and this can be a problem when the class is only 45mins. As per the instructor, it takes more than 1 month to learn how to swim and although that might be partially true but eitherway they need to change their structure of classes if they want more people to either join or continue.Pros:There were quite a few positives from my experience such as the classes always started on time and the facility was often very responsive with inquiries and callbacks.

Disappointing. Instructors keep changing and some of them are really bad. At one point, the instructor was what looked like a 16 year old boy, he was clueless and strange. I don’t feel my kid was safe in this school.The other problem was, they keep the teaching to a very low level. Like, instead of teaching proper strokes, they just get the kids flip their hands in the water, like babies. I can’t believe I paid $800 only to have my kid regress. Before this class, he was swimming fine, now he refuses to swim properly, instead he does that flipping thing that they taught him, which is obviously easier.I signed up my son here because we were late and all the spots were full at our regular place. I hope we can get into the other school for the next season.

Definitely not recommend. Instructores are very rude and scream on kids. After my comment they just laughed at me.
