BUYER BEWARE!!Don't make the same mistake that I did and didn't read their reviews. Even a one star is not suitable for them.Worst granite place to deal with ever!!!!!!On November 21st I met with the salesperson Claudine. Things went pretty quick. Gave her the measurements, ordered my countertop and gave her half down. I was given a date for installation. She told me it takes 2 weeks. WHAT A JOKE!The installation day came and hadn't heard anything from her. Called her the day before and she answered the day of installation, stating that they are busy and can't do it. Would of been nice to know so I wouldn't of taken the day off. She gave me more fake days...Saturday then Wednesday. Basically gave me the runaround. Did not hear from her again.Finally went to the store to see her and was told she was on vacation. Frustrating! Keep in mind this is almost one month later.In the end the manager couldn't do anything for me and was nice enough to give me my money back.What a waste of time!

WORST GRANITE PLACE EVER!!They don't seal your granite even though they lie to your face and tell you they did. She told me yes it is sealed but the next time I call her it's a different story. Now she says that they never seal it before delivery. They have zero business sense and no customer care. Now all liquids seeps inside the pores of my granite. I have called other granite places and they have all told me that this is not normal and not sealed properly. I have already sealed it 5 times myself and the problem is still there.Looking for a quality granite seller? Go somewhere else!

Contacted the company several times by email and by phone and not once were they able to give a price for my kitchen countertop. Either they ask me to call back to speak to the owner, who seems to be available only in the afternoon at specific hours, or they promise to email the quote but they don't. Not serious. Will not deal with this company.

I'm reading the reviews and I'm very surprised. I did shop a lot for my quartz countertop 7 years ago. I was serving by Mona. Excellent service and best price. Installation was completed in time. So this winter we renovated the kitchen and I went directly to see them again, we dealt with Mona again and we got the same personal amazing service.Yes our quartz was a couple of days late for installation, but they call us to let us know, is not a big deal we had a temporary counter. I keep recommending the place to my friends, as I said I'm very surprised with the reviews is like if we're not talking about the same place.

The joint on my counter top isn't levelled properly and the installation crew are thieves who stole a power tool right from my house, called to report it but they didn't really seem to care nor offer any sort of compensation. Be careful with this place, not trustworthy and lacks professionalism.

The Saleslady was rude, unfriendly and wasn't helpful at all.When they installed the granite counter top, they did a messy job. They didn't make a clean subtle joint between two pieces of granite and they didn't level it correctly and now every time I wash something in the sink the spilled water gets trapped against the wall instead of going back to the sink. They are not granite suppliers and they charge substantial amount of money for final cuts and installation and yet they don't deliver a good result.

I don't usually write reviews but this deserves recognition. After going to a few granite stores we went in to this one and it really stands out from its competition. The service was immediate, professional, accommodating and you can really tell that the people that work there love what they do. The advice they gave us was really good and it was based on what we wanted not just a generic advice like the competitors. The process of installation was seamless. They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling to come take the measurements and the installation. Given our busy schedule the fact that they were accommodating is priceless. The end product looks better then we expected. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a high quality product and service.Thank you,N

Never ever buy from them, not professional with the work they do. I was forced to buy from them because of the new project that I bought and the contractor is working with them. If I knew that they were like this I would have paid it from my pocket and choose another place instead of adding it to the mortgage.They don’t seal the granite countertop in order to make you buy a product for it. I know a better place that does better job and better products.Even in the granite that they put one has a stain, and still they put it it is like maybe we will be able to pass it and the client will not complain.Don’t ever ever ever buy from them.

I have to say I made several visits prior buying my Quartz counter. Mona, the sales person was exceptionally patient with me and very helpful in providing her suggestion with my ceramic tiles. I strongly recommend that place if you are looking for Quartz since I've visited 4 other places and I had the best service with Mona. Thanks again for your patience.
