Playtime Pediatric Dentistry

We love Playtime Pediatric Dentistry, the facility is very kid friendly, beautiful and clean. All the designs are very fitting to children as the user. The staffs are very professional and friendly, the hygienist is very good with kids, she explained every step before moving on with her task, my kid was reserved at first using Mr. Thirsty, the suction, but after a few minutes of holding it, feeling it, she was able to let it in her mouth. She also had her very first x-ray and it went very well! We are very happy to have found PPD, as this is my daughter's first time NOT crying at the dentist! So it was really assuring to me as a parent, to know that she is in good hands with professionals who works very well with kids. I highly recommend this place, and it makes a difference going to a regular dentist or a pediatric dentist! :D

My daughter is anxious, and we were not able to get her teeth cleaned at her previous dentist. We decided to try Playtime dentistry in hopes that she would have a better experience. She got her teeth cleaned and x-rays done. Tara, the hygienist, was so patient with my her and took the time to explain every dental instrument being used and let her try it herself. Now my daughter is looking forward to her next visit. Thank you, Tara, for helping my daughter feel comfortable in your hands. You truly have a gift with children.

Everything about my son's first dental appointment was incredible. We were taken care of and felt welcome from the minute we walked in until the minute we left! Thank you for such a great experience!

Very bad experience. The dentists has no enough experience to know how to choose the best way to do the treatment. Instead, they just choose the easiest way for themselves and more expensive way for patients. The treatment they made has some issues later and they charge you more to fix the issue.

My daughter saw Dr. Nidhi Kotak for her tooth extraction. She did an awesome job and made my daughter feel very comfortable throughout the session. I find her incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. All the staff here is very nice. Thank you for your services.

Just the most pleasant experience from reception, all the way through to the dentist, of lovely, warm, gentle, and professional team members. It was my daughters first visit and she was so happy and said she loved the dentist after! Could not recommend more. 6⭐️‘s

Bad experience, it's just a matter of money for them. They made me pay double the price they had mentioned when booking the appointment just for a check-up. They also try to extract more money from you by advising you to do some extra care which are absolutely unnecessary. There are other dentists more competent and much cheaper. I will never go to this place again.

Extremely friendly and geared perfectly for kids to feel comfortable and safe while they visit a dentist.After two visits, my son was at ease enough, at 2.5 years old, to sit in the patient's chair on his own while our dentist talked through what he was doing inside his mouth.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office!! My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist for the first time, as soon as we walked into the office her attitude changed. The girls at reception were so friendly, there was a movie she loved playing in the waiting room and other kids to play with. The hygienist who came to get her was so friendly and so sweet, she took the time to show my daughter every tool they use, tell her what they’re for and let her touch and feel each one so she could see nothing would hurt her. My daughter had brought her baby doll with her for comfort and they put her doll under the bib with her, used each tool on her doll first and took everything at my daughters pace. She wasn’t able to complete her cleaning and the hygienist told me it was not a problem, they didn’t want her scared and would only do as much as she could handle on her first visit. The dentist was so warm and kind and my daughter took to her right away. She was quick, thorough and had my daughter smiling through her exam. After we left the office my daughter told me she likes to go to the dentist now, it meant so much to me to have them acknowledge her feelings and help her build her confidence in being there. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable environment for their kids.

Went here for a tongue tie assessment and possibly a tongue tie revision for my baby. The dentist checked it out and confirmed that it is not severe enough to do a revision. I really appreciate the honesty! Other dentists may have encouraged the revision, even if not necessary, just to make more money. Highly recommend Playtime Dentistry!
