WONDERFUL! Our 7-year-old cat Maybelle needed her teeth cleaned, and our prior vet no longer performs dental services. Flat Rock A.C. came highly recommended by a friend who has a lot of pets and fosters pets. I was pleased they could get us in promptly even though she's a new patient. Dr. Pelia was caring and knowledgeable, explained everything patiently, quoted low/high range for the procedure, and answered all my questions. The vet techs were excellent, the prices were reasonable, and Maybelle came through the procedure under anesthesia beautifully. My friend said all the vets there are good. I highly recommend!

Started coming here just last week to have my cat checked, and we were assisted by Casey, and Dr. Singh. Casey was so gentle and explained all the necessary shots and treatments that my cat would need, especially the expenses part. Dr. Singh is a natural- he gave my cat his shots so swiftly while explaining what each would do as well. My cat got sick around 3 days later, so we rushed him back to the clinic. Dr. Singh gave him some fluids, antibiotics, and treatment to stimulate his appetite back up. My cat is back to normal now, and he wouldn’t have been if not for Dr. Singh and Casey’s help. Both were also patient and comforting throughout all my questions. Thank you for all you do!

Great with my dog ava. Still a little pricey but they work with me on the price. Friendly place answer all my questions.

Expensive. That's my best observation. A last resort for me to take my dog to. I suggest shopping around for quality and pricing. And if your animal gets sick and diagnosed there, get a second opinion. Your animal will thank you and so will your pocketbook.

The office staff was fantastic. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The doctor was cold and uncaring. I was charged $35 for the doctor to feel my dogs testicles before he was neutered. I was expecting a full exam.I'd give FIVE STARS minus 1.5 stars for the doctor.

Was a refular customer at this clinic. My dog was sick with a uti, called in several times during a 1 week period to get her in. Spoke with nana hart and asked her to try and slide us in for a 10 minute appointment and staff was very rude to me. After calling for days to get her in they told me to take her to an animal hospital. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially considering if your a regular customer and a problem arises they will not be there to help. Very disappointed, will never return.

I’ve been taking my kitten Robin to them for a few months now. He did all rounds of his kitten vaccinations and was neutered just a couple of days ago (along with a declaw removal). As nervous as I was to drop my new baby off for a standard surgery the vet tech was very sweet and knowledgeable. Made us very comfortable with the whole process. Like I said it has only been a couple of days since the surgery and my fur baby is healing perfectly. No issues. Even sent him home with antibiotics and pain relief in case he needed it. I would highly recommend this vet. The doctor knows what he’s doing and all of the ladies that work there are wonderful. Took care of Robin like he was their own. They are quite affordable and gave excellent service. I appreciate the time you took with him and us as fur parents! Thank you so much!

My vet was out of town.. so I took measures because me dog really needed to be seen. Staff is nice. I just wasn't fond of the doctor himself though. My dog Roxy was old and very much not ok. I just knew she wasn't ok. He ran my bill up high as can be saying he believed there was an issue with her liver. He showed me X-rays and started pointing out common stuff and repeating it to me as if I was a child that didnt understand the common anatomy of what I was looking at. He sent me home with meds for her. And hour goes by and my dogs looking even worse... So I called them back because I knew it was her time to go. He denied me coming back and said let the meds kick in. I took her to another clinic that just seemed a lot more up to date and professional and they ran tests of their own and did it all for free to help her *thank you Cahill vet. They used an ultrasound "something this vet didn't do" and discovered cancer was forming and that was the reason she was doing so bad... She ended up getting put down that minute after we found that out .. she was 10years old so treatment was pointless at that age. So I lost my best friend and I have a racked up bill from a doctor that couldn't find the actual issue because he doesn't have all the tools needed. Like I said staff was nice. The doctor himself I truly just didn't trust the entire time. Makes me mad he wouldn't take my word of me knowing something was wrong with her as if he also spent 10years with her at his hip. I'm sickened I paid half a grand here to not even find the actual issue and still have to pay to put my dog down. It was a very very difficult day and a very hard weekend. Again. Staff very nice. Just the doctor himself is something you should question."
