Very satisfied with experience with A-1 , staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Work performed on my vehicle was amazing, and had my truck looking like new all within quoted time frame ( in fact truck delivered 1 day earlier than expected) . Highly recomend this shop, certainly my experience was A-1 thank you again

Update: A1 called to offer to repaint the bumper. A kind gesture but unfortunately I cannot afford the time to remove the and reinstall.I brought in a brand new OEM bumper to have painted. Was not happy with the quality of the work.Deep scratches were found on the one side upon delivery.Paint run was also on the one side.The inside of the bumper was painted, but not prepped at all!A Sticker was left on and paint began to Peel off as I attached fastenters.Corners were obviously cut in the quality.With lots of work left to do be done to my vehicle, I will going elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

My Mazda3 had a small sideswipe that messed up my front driver side quarter panel, aluminum rim, and front bumper. I brought it in to A1 for an estimate within a day and was helped right away. A date for the fix was made and they had the car for a little over a week. My rental was set up with their help and insurance covered it all. The color matching is great and it looks brand new (this is 3 weeks afterward). The front end is tight and no noises. The car drives straight again and my parent's remarked that the car itself looked as new. The post repair detailing was a nice treat as well.

Brought my car in to get some work done, couldn't be more satisfied with their service. First off the reception team is so friendly, and they offer complimentary snacks and coffee while you're waiting (which was not a long wait at all). After I got my vehicle back from their shop, I noticed that they had gone above and beyond and even got rid of the stains on my steering wheel that had been there for years because I couldn't figure out how to get them off myself. They also gave my vehicle a realignment even though I didn't ask them to. Excellent customer service on all levels and I would 100% come back for any future work required.

The people at A1auto are fantastic. I didn’t have A-LOT of damage, but it was still quite noticeable. They not only fixed my car to New (with factory parts) they even cleaned the inside, so when I got in, it was like I got a brand new car.I would recommend this place for anyone who needs any repairs 100%. 5 Stars.

I've been using A-1 for both mechanical and body work for a very long time. The work has consistently been excellent.The body shop has, as before, performed an excellent job fixing up my car, and the mechanical department has been taking great care of my family's cars for decades.They even re-aligned my trunk - something I've been trying to get the dealer to do for years...

If you are doing research for the best auto body shop, you have found it. Phenomenal customer service right from the moment you make the first phone call until you are back in your repaired vehicle. They are honest, quick to answer questions, and do amazing work. My car looks brand new. They dealt with my insurance company and I loved that I could take advantage of their rental car service and not have to go through a rental car company. Thank you! I hope I won't need your services again but if I do, I know who to call!I also want to mention that I am sometimes leery of companies with a ton of 5 star reviews because I wonder if they are giving some kind of incentive for customers to leave good reviews but that is not the case with A1. All of these reviews are good and they are genuine!

My car got some pretty bad hail damage during the storm in July. This is a preferred vendor with my insurance company and this is how i heard of them. Getting my estimate done was very quick and efficient, the guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me what they were going to do. When I received the call to get booked in, the wait was not too long considering all the vehicles that got damaged in that storm. They also ensured to secure me a rental car for the duration of my repairs. The vehicle was on par with my own vehicle style, it was clean and had a full gas tank.When dropping my car off, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, professional and thorough. I just knew my vehicle was in good hands.Picking up my vehicle was easy and quick, again welcomed very nicely. My car was clean inside out and you couldn't even tell there had been any prior damage to it. Thank you so much for putting her back into prime condition! Had my '07 Corolla in for repair for two no-fault accidents. Obtaining an estimate was quick and easy - the appointment was on-time and took only 10 minutes or so. The process from start to finish was a breeze. They kept me informed of the progress and called for the rental car. The car looks amazing - better than before the damage. The interior detail and polishing of my headlights was unexpected but very much appreciated! Overall great experience! Hopefully I never have to return but if someone does hit my car again I know where I am going hahaha. The famous Amos cookies in the waiting room is also a nice touch - loved those growing up...

After being in an accident in Calgary and my vehicle not being safe to drive at all, let alone the 2 hours home, A1 Auto Body came to my rescue and was able to tow my vehicle and get it in for repairs very quickly. I did look into having my vehicle fixed in Lethbridge where I live and the wait would’ve been months. A1 got all the work done, beautifully I might add, in under 6 weeks. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there again and refer my family and friends. Excellent service, communication and pricing and getting it done in a timely fashion made it that much better!
