Some staff are wonderful others are hopeless. Good range of stock sometimes a but pricey. If they could change a few staff out and be more competitively priced I would use them a lot more often

My 4 stars is ONLY for the lovely young man at the ordering counter at the back. He helped me find the right oil and filter for my car last week. Every time I have gone into this store before, the experience is horrible. Unfriendly associates, the women at the front don't give eye contact or even a friendly hello". Instead you leave with the feeling they don't want you there.Other than this one guy

Terrible experience. I called 3 times about an alternator. They said they had it in stock. So they put it aside for me. When I get there they tell me they don’t have the alternator i ordered. The lady at the til was rather cranky. Her customer service skills were quite lacking. I’ll be buying my parts from a different supplier from now on.

Friendly staff and good stock/delivery time. But the prices are all over the place. Sometimes parts are a good deal there. Other times they want something crazy like $80 for a mechanical thermostat or over $50 for a valve cover gasket.Edit: these are prices with an account with a decent parts discount rate.
