Continental Currency Exchange

Waited in line 40 min only to be grilled by a rude associate that I needed proof of where the foreign currency came from. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Perhaps I wasn’t dressed well enough. Will never be back for any reason.Update: I went to a competitor for the amount of euro I was exchanging there was no reason to grill me. She must have profiled me or was racist because the law she was citing does not exist.

I can not express how much respect I was given by SHERRY a customer service representative, I had an issue with a location in Brampton I have never had any issues before that's why I'm a long standing client since 2012. However from time to time issues do arise like at any business ,im Very greatful to Sherry and her professionalism and winning attitude Sherry addressed my situation with respect and genuinely had concern for my situation, she was very helpful and resourceful providing me with assistance to resolve my matter and treated me with dignity Sherry had a pleasant telephone manner changed my perspective as a client as I was about to remove my self from their client base ( knee jerk reation) however after dealing with Sherry she retained my patronage and restored faith and retained my business she is an exceptional woman who treated me well .... feel valued respected and cared for by the Continental Currency Exchange as I always have been ....aside from this one time isolated random event at a Brampton branch I now understand everything, she was quick to respond and happy to answer any questions . I'm now quite pleased with the level of care she provided as Sherry reassured me I was in good hands with the Continental Currency Exchange I will continue to buy currency from this business as I know I will be treated with care and concern and above all else RESPECT....it's nice to be valued as a client Thank-you SHERRY ....

They charged me $3 fees but when I do other places there’s no fee charge

Above and beyond! Customer representative Velika and a manager from head office took every possible measure to ensure my confusing wire transfer would arrive at the correct location. I cannot thank them enough for the efforts that made the transfer successful and gave me priceless peace of mind! Highly recommend for all money sending and currency exchange needs.

Couldn’t find better rates anywhere else! Receptionist was really sweet ,answered all queries.

Tori, Chris, Dew have always took care of me every time I come in. Always go the extra mile and friendly each time. Always appreciate there advice as well on amounts needed, this is my go to spot for exchange before every trip.

Worst service ever. I waited in line for a bit, then clarified my request, everything was super clean until the associate tried to be smarta.., started saying things that were not correct. I explained that she is not right, then she became supe rude, said that she cannot help! Didn't end there, she started getting bossy and told me what to do next!!! Of course I did not and went to another exchange company which were very respectful and guess wha,. I was right! They even helped me to open an onlin account. Moreover their rates were much better. Since then I have been using the other company's online portal. Do not waste your time and money with this company very unprofessional, rude and not-knowlegable + rates are not competetive.

very high rate, converted CAD to SGD, it’s supposed to be a few cents lower or almost on par with SGD when I checked online, but here I had to pay $45 more for something that should have a similar value, wouldn’t do exchange here if I had the time
