Avanti Le Spa

I went there last August 18, 2021. I requested a Keratin Treatment and a haircut. I specifically told the hairstylist to just cut an inch of my hair. He ended up cutting 3 inches maybe more. As for the straightening treatment, it was very terrible because usually, the procedure is they shampoo you then blow dry your hair then applies the treatment then leave it for 20 to 30 minutes then blow-dry again and iron the hair afterward and then rinse the product off of your hair then style it (I found this out because my cousin owns a salon in Tronto) but the last part didn't happen. After the stylist ironed my hair he asked me to go home and rinsed it myself the next day. After I did what he told me, my hair was so stiff and tangly and still super wavy. I was having my wedding day that week so pretty much my hair was ruined but I didn't have time to go back and complain, we spent 450 dollars plus tip so 500 dollars for a haircut that was wrong and a treatment that wasn't finished. I don't recommend this salon. Very bad service.

I have very fine hair and so I am super careful and picky as to what and whom I do to my hair.I got amazing highlights done by Zohreh (Zoe @hairbyZoh )! I am so happy with the results! My hair is soft, no damage and the blend of colours is amazing!Great service, she’s super friendly and does just what you want while keeping your hair healthy!She also cut my hair and I am definitely going back! Client for life!

Had my hair done by Jesse here. She was absolutely professional, made me feel so comfortable, she listened, did exactly what I wanted done. I am so grateful to have found her. ...esp after spending hundreds of dollars on downtown salons leaving with terrible looking hair and a huge bill. I adore Jesse, she's super knowledgeable, not just for her age she's just very knowledgeable. She did the most fabulous purple and silver, it was better than the inspiration pic I showed her. I was feeling so nervous after downtown salon told us they were closing, last thing I wanted to do was have to find a new stylist to trust. I just think everyone should know how talented she is. I will def stay with her as long as she'll have me. The vibe of salon and other staff, very pleasant very friendly.

Laura is the best colourist out there. She works magic on your hair. She is so professional and caring. She was able to give me the blonde hair i have always dreamed of! I am so glad i found Laura. What a great vibe and good energy at Avanti Lucerne! Roula, the receptionist, is so helpful and accommodating. She really tries to make things work out!Joseph is such a great hairdresser.Very professional. He did my blow-dry, and it stayed! Totally recommend him!I will definitely be going back

Visited the Avanti location in TMR this morning and was thoroughly unimpressed. The lady washing my hair did a horrendous job and I ended up with water and shampoo pouring down my face and into my eyes, no apologies.The hair wash was so poorly done with the lady barely paying attention - no scalp massage, no thorough cleaning.My haircut itself was a simple style and not badly done but the use of thinning shears is something I did not want not was I asked about prior to being used on my hair.I normally opt for salons of a better quality such as Deauville or Pur. Will stick to those - don’t waste your time & spend a little more to get the results you prefer. Thank goodness I didn’t trust them with a colouring job!
