We were in the process of ordering a sawmill from Norwood Sawmills. We were having communication problems with our assigned salesperson. We requested to speak with a manager and Lara called us. Lara listened to our story and our concerns. Lara took charge of our account and made the corrections to our order. She did this quickly. Called back when she said she would. Lara also returned our calls promptly when we had additional questions. She is wonderful and we will deal with Norwood Sawmills again due to the service she provided!

Easy Online ordering. Customer Service emailed me to ask if I had any questions during the ordering process and once my saw delivered I received another email ensuring that my saw arrived with no damage and all parts were included. I feel very supported by Norwood as I being my milling journey and highly recommend this company for your milling needs.

Purchased an LM30 stationary mill 2 years ago. Decided it was time to upgrade to a mobile unit. I spoke to Raman Gill who arranged the order and delivery. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and service that was afforded to me by Raman! Many thanks!

I couldn’t have gotten a better person to deal with while looking for a mill. Chris Lawerence did an outstanding job of answering my questions and not hassling me while I was making my decisions. He has provided great customer support before and after my purchase and he calls me when I have questions and that is just great customer service and he knows sawmills too to bottom. I purchased the OS 18 and I’m very satisfied with its performance.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Misleading and horrible customer service. We received a quote for a portable sawmill ($17k) placed the order, was instructed to send a cashiers check via UPS. The check cleared the bank before UPS delivered.It took 8 weeks to receive, when it finally arrived it arrived on pallets, one of which was damaged. NOTHING was assembled. We were not told any assembly would be required. When I reached out to inquire I was told we could return with a 15% restocking fee...and we would also be responsible for return freight, $599. This absolutely contradicts their 30 money back guarantee." They strong hold you into either keeping the product or loosing a significant amount of money with nothing to show for

Norwood HD 36 is an amazing Sawmill. This is the second sawmill I’ve owned and the third one I’ve actually operated and by far the best of the three. adjusting and fine-tuning This Sawmill is very easy. very heavy construction. I have owned it for over four years with very few minor issues. You do have to put it together yourself which I think is beneficial for your operation and knowledge of the mill. It will take 2 full days. The instruction book that comes with the Sawmill is extremely easy to follow and very self-explanatory. I started out with a manual saw and have since been upgrading to hydraulics. Customer service has been very helpful but at times a little hard to get a hold of. This has improved quite a bit lately. The only problem I’ve had with Norwood is somewhere between customer service and shipping parts. Something gets lost in the shipping department. It does take 4 to 6 weeks to get your parts which I find unacceptable and the last few shipments have not contained all the parts. Customer service has got right on it quickly and got the parts out to me within a few days. all, in all very happy with the mill operation but plan ahead because the shipping department needs a couple tries to make it right

I just purchased and assembled a LumberPro HD36v2, and I am surprised to see all these negative reviews as I had the opposite experience.I ordered the mill on the phone, and got the pallets 7 days later. One box lagged by a few days. The person on the phone was excellent, and gave me their email if I had any issues.I had 2 major parts missing in my kit and several very small issues. I emailed them and had an overnighted box delivered the next day with the pieces I needed. Has a second part that didn't fit that we didn't discover until we first ran the machine. Had an engineer respond to my email and have a part in the mail the next morning. For a machine that has several hundred unique parts and several thousand fasteners I can understand a few errors in packing, and appreciate the companies' willingness to make it right quickly.This machine is well built and looks like it will last a long time. I've run a woodmizer of a similar price point before, and the Norwood is better thought out and chock full of little engineering choices that just make sense and make your life easier (love the operator cockpit).

For the owners and the executives of the company to spout all of there lies online and through mailings , it blows my mind how they sleep at night.I see they are hiring confidentially in Buffalo for Warehouse Manager, please steer clear of this organization unless you like anxiety and being lied to about everything they tell you up front.There is a reason the recruiters wont tell you the companies name.
