it will be the last time to come here. they dont know how to open front cover and change engine oil. change tire need to book appointment，call them to book appointment ，they tell me to come early，i came 7 am，they said it is full，they tell me to come at 6:30am，then，i come second day at 6:30am，then，nobody come yet ，i wait until 7:10am，first employee come，and tell me to go out because they start to work at 8 am …….

Had my car towed here because I was stranded. Car had intermittent starting issues so they ended up starting it just fine. I had an appointement, but they made me wait almost 2 hrs, checked my car for about 5min, told me to have 1000 dollar worth of random stuff repaired to wich I refused and then they charged me almost 200$ for doing absolutely nothing. Not to mention absolutely rude customer's services. Couldn't have had a worse experience. I read the bad reviews before coming here and ignored them. Don't make the same mistake as me.

They said to me to wait less than 1 hour to have their work done but it didn't finish even after I waited for 3-4 hours. They lack respect for their clients.

The worst service I ever experienced in my life. It deserves a zero but it us not possible. 4 hours to change 4 tires and charged me 400$ for that! One of the bolt is missing and they threw my old tires on the garbage. So I need to go back again for that. I will loose 2 days of work to change the tires because of their incompetence!I have already had very bad experiences with them in the past (last time they completely forgot to service my car). I will never go back there!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.I was given a 9am appointment and then made to wait several hours after being told service would be quick. After questioning the staff about the status of my vehicle after several hours (1pm) They finally told me they were looking for a particular piece. I finally became hungry and decided to find a different way home. By 3pm I called to again check the status of my car only to be told that they were searching for different sized car parts and my vehicle would not be ready until the acquired those parts.They would have never openly communicated… it was only after I continued demanding answers that they gave me partial information on my car.They have this bogus customer promise that they were far from fulfilling. Take your car there at your own inconvenience and frustration.

I picked up a client's car here and it was very sad because the mechanics clearly cut the catalytic converter off . And if it wasn't them they did 0 to help solve the situation the car was outside the service in camera view and they had the keys and unless a thief came with a jack they couldn't have gotten it.

I purchased an extra large dog cage i am 5 foot and weigh ruff 100 pounds finding someone to help me bring this item to my car was nearly impossible
