We went here to try the lobster roll as it has so many good reviews on google. And we were not disappointed! THE BEST lobster roll we had while in the Maritimes! Mackenzie was friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommended in downtown Halifax!

Lobster roll market price was $29 - what to expect when lobsters are not in season. I would say the roll is a light lunch - tasted fresh and the bun was perfect. The employee at the front desk was very nice and only waited five minutes.

Very delicious lobster roll. Would recommend the something fancy, was much much better than the cold one.Also, those chips deserve a lot of Credit. Incredibly delicious

Genuine dockside street food. The Lobster Roll comes highly recommended. Unfortunately no sheltered seating.Reasonably market priced meals.

Best Lobster sandwich in the city by far! I had from many different places during my stay in Halifax and Dave’s was definitely the tastiest and meatiest I had! The price is the same as everywhere else so you can’t argue with it. 10/10 Lobster Roll

I’ve been dying to try Dave’s Lobsters infamous Lobster Rolls! I ordered the “Fancy Roll” and it didn’t disappoint! Sooo delicious! Although it was pricey ($35 for the roll, small bag of chips and a can of soda) It was def worth it! Can’t wait to come back again!Dave’s is located right in the Harbour. Super fun little spot with lots of sight seeing +tourists

Visited NS and hands down the best lobster rolls. The buns are actual English hot dog buns which are fluffy, tender and perfectly toasted. They offer a hot and cold version of lobster meat that is different from traditional cold lobster rolls. My family kept wanting to come back here for more! Their grilled cheese is also really good! Definitely the ultimate lobster roll and trust us, we tried A LOT. Not sure why the reviews are only average should be much higher.

Well… we paid $76 for two lobster rolls, two bags of chips, an iced tea and a bottle of water. I assumed that the price of lobster was through the roof. But apparently it’s $10/lbs from what I can gather. Food and service were good but not sure how the price was that high. Of course, I could have asked about the price ahead of time so that’s on me…
