I had been given only a few hours to get myself a pair of steel-toe boots for a new job. I have a long narrow foot that made finding the right pair quite difficult. After reading reviews I got the feeling I would be going to the right place. We tried 12 different pairs, until we found the right boot. A proper fitting and phenomenal service. It was obvious the gentleman prided himself on knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend First Western to anyone looking for great customer service.

Simply the best place to purchase a pair of Blundstone’s or any of their brands for that matter. Ed and staff known their products extremely well. Absolutely excellent customer service! I spilled oil on my blundstones and thought they were ruined. The owner told me to bring them in and spent a whole week working on them to bring them back to life! I was ready to buy a new pair and he actually convinced me otherwise because they were still in such good condition! Can’t thank him enough for his help and honest approach. I don’t live in the area anymore but will go out of my way to purchase my future shoes at First Western Boutique. Customer for life!

It is truly rare in this day and age to find genuinely excellent customer service but that's what you'll experience at First Western Boutique. My wife and I wanted to pick up some Blundstone boots and were referred to this store. They explained the different options, the sizing, and were focused on finding the right size and style for each of us. When most of what we buy is through faceless online transactions, it was truly refreshing to deal with such a dedicated merchant that is so knowledge and committed to provide their customers with the best experience possible. Truly lovely people to deal with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Ed was such a great help in making sure I got the right size and width of blundstones. He was very patient with me and didn't push me into buying anything. With his patience and my satisfaction, I bought my first pair of blundstones and they are fantastic. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to buy their first pair or their 4th pair.

Went this past weekend to get my first pair of Blundstones and cannot say a enough good things about the service. The gentleman who helped me was very polite, very professional, and you could tell he prided himself on his knowledge of the product, and he explained very clearly how the boot should fit. I required steel toe for my job and he took the time to show me my options and explain the difference in styles. He helped get me fitted into something comfortable (I have a wide foot) and encouraged me to walk up and down the hallway and to “Take as long as I need” (which is saying something because I was there at 5:30 on a Saturday). When we settled on the correct boot he told me about the lifetime cleaning that they offer and encouraged me to take advantage of it. After 1 day of using my new boots I can honestly say I will never own another pair of steel toes that arent blundstones. Its the best boot Ive ever put on my foot. It’s comfortable and supportive. I will return again to purchase another pair of non steel toes. 10/10 service, cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and the staff. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.
