Above and beyond is an understatement of the care and attention shown by Mark. I ran into a few Covid related delays by the glasses manufacturer. Mark kept me up to date every step of the way and went as far as giving me a pair of his own frames to use in the mean time. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Price wise they were about 30% cheaper than other places for the exact same frame brand and lenses. Highly competitive prices and exceptional customer experience. What more could you ask for?

My whole family has been getting our glasses from Mark for years. My husband and I now live out of town, but we always make the drive to Milton to get our glasses, as we wouldn't get them anywhere else. Elsley Optical has an excellent selection of glasses. I have been going here for a few years now and the service is always amazing. The optometrist and receptionist in the optometry office are friendly, and professional. And in the store the staff are amazing. I have a bigger head (Have always had trouble finding baseball helmets and hats etc that fit me lol) The gentleman there (I believe Mr. Elsley?) was so helpful, and selected a few pairs for me, looked at them and said Nope

They charge a fair price for their frames/lenses and took the time to explain the differences between the types products offered.I was doubly impressed when (I assume the owner) remembered a detail I mentioned off-handedly about my current glasses that bothered me - he proactively made that adjustment to my new ones and they fit great!Do yourself a favour and check them out before shopping anywhere else.
