The girl working at the desk doesn’t know how to talk to the customers.. I was in the store and she was yelling her lungs out and was arguing with another customer in the store.. If you do not want someone in your store, then ask them to leave or call the cops to remove them..Starting a fight doesn’t seems like an appropriate solution..

I like that this store has random brand names items like Carter's, La Vie En Rose, Nike, Adidas, etc at discounted prices.

Great place to find things you need. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. The owner is always appreciative of our business and takes note to remember his customers.

Sold me a USB not compatible with vehicle.

Very good customer service, will help the customer no matter what, I came home late and needed bandanas and he didn't have in the store, so he ordered for us and we picked up next day. I called so many dollar stores and they never helped and this store was the only store we got help from. Highly recommended you guys should go here.

Very overpriced and outdated. I could have gotten past that, but the customer service was even worst. They completely ignored my entire visit. Visiting from the states, I am used to well organized dollar stores, where merchandise is actually $1.00!

It's a dollar store. Not like Dollarama.A lot of things to shop but not too organized or I would've gave it 5 stars.Free parking within the plaza.Please use stop signs properly. 1st visit here I saw 2 ppl run stop signs.

Rude, Disrespectful customer experience :Train your staff how to talk :Mid aged man at the counter is opposite of cordial and gentle, worst in communication, rude, unreasonably vocal, and looks like doesnot want customers. Everyone at reception is supposed to help with customers when in doubt, perhaps he needs to learn that. He looked at me, I said hello, he didnot reply to this courteous hello, and ignored my question altogether. He just purposely wanted to pick a fight, from whatever I was asking, disrespecting without any reason. To my shock, I asked him if he was being rude, to which he denied and went on letting down my concern with disrespecting attitude and examples, depsite my telling him he cant treat customers disrespectfully.Worst experience moving here to brampton, if you are frustrated keep it in your pocket, this is Canada, you need to learn you can't pour out your frustration to strangers, if you can't do that, pl get yourself healed. You are only adding more bad karma by trying to vent out your frustration to strangers.Not a store with this person I would like to buy from.

Very good store. Fill helium in Baloons, makes key, Tasty chocolates... lot more things ,If u want daily use items, special day items, u must go to this store, handling customers with respect , every important item is available soMust visit

I found hand sanitizers and gloves which I didn't find at most of other locations of dollar stores even at TRINITY COMMONS..This place proves wonderful for me.I really appreciate the owner for being kind..
