I had a stellar experience at Telus this evening. I went in hoping to chat about upgrading my phone and my plan, and left having done so with ease. Neda helped me out and she was outstanding. She was very professional and made me feel like I was being treated like a friend and not just a customer. Neda helped me get a great deal on a new plan, a new phone, and some accessories. She also helped me effortlessly transfer over my old phone's information all while juggling a few other customers. Her time was very much appreciated and made coming into the store worthwhile.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rohan today. He processed our bring-it-back plan and he was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. There was a small hiccup on the back-end, and Rohan was able to resolve the issue on the spot for me. Excellent customer service!

Just wanted to write in today to share my excellent experience with Shauna. I came in to upgrade my phone and make a few purchases. She patiently and clearly walked me through my plan, ensured that I was receiving the best service and confidently set me up with my new phone. Shauna made some great recommendations for my accessories, and swiftly dealt with customer loyalty to ensure that everything was covered for me. I would recommend Shauna to my family and friends for her excellent customer service skills and friendly personality. I feel great about my experience at this store.
