We are so happy with how Dr. Robin and her team at RainTree Vet treat our cat Chas Tucker Smith! We had to bring him in on a Saturday pretty close to closing time and the vet working that day , I believe Dr. Joan was her name was amazing! Even though it was closing she stayed past closing time, didn’t make us feel rushed ! Thank you for taking care of our little fur man ! Thank you to the rest of the team at checkin anytime we go, always super friendly!

Wonderful place! They were able to get us in on short notice and did a full check up on our doggo (not just looking at the issue we came in with). They gave us some great advice, meds, and good care instructions, and the issues cleared up within a week! At the 1 week mark they even reached out for a check in to see how she was doing. Definitely will be bringing my dog back for her ongoing aging needs.

Dr’s Joan and Robin take such good care of my Scottie, MacDuff. Recently MacDuff had an eye infection (who knew rolling and rubbing your face in sand can get sand in your eyes and cause a problem?). We got in to see them right away and Dr Joan started off the visit by giving him a big snuggle, then sat beside him on the couch and examined him gently and carefully, washed his eye out and put in some antibiotic cream. Then she did a follow up contact several days later to see how he was doing. And recently, when an emergency vet service closed unexpectedly, RainTree sent mail out to all their patients that they would be providing emergency care over the weekends until the regular emergency service resumed. That was going above and beyond. They are caring, thoughtful and very professional. I could not ask more of a vet clinic. Oh, and MacDuff says to mention the liver treats. RainTree Veterinary Hospital in Comox is the best!

I had the most incredible experience at RainTree Vet Hospital this afternoon! Dr. Gilllies and her Super Helper Michelle, helped a very poopy and terrified dog, transform into a happy little pooch. Their patience and expertise helped an incredibly reactive dog, that is in our care, through a terrifying experience. I am thrilled with the way they handled everything. Also, all the necessary care was preformed without sedation! I highly recommend them. Thank you again Michelle for your gently gloved hands, and special towel technique! ♥️

Nikki welcomed us at the door with an exuberance of our lovely little dog. She was extremely kind and gentle with our Mable and provided a treat as she was a little nervous. The check in process, billing process, and appointment we’re all quick, thorough, and beyond our expectations. We are excited to continue our ongoing relationship with Raintree and Dr. Vickers.

Every single staff member here is amazing, careful, respectful, and cares about the patient. They are knowledgeable, have been incredibly helpful, and even offered for my dog and I to drop by just for a hello and a treat to help work through any nervousness about going to the vet. Raintree is the best clinic I’ve worked with - Jet & I would give ten stars if we could!

I highly recommend RainTree Vet. The service and care is exceptional by everyone. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. Gracie enjoys going to visit and explore the rooms :)

Raintree is the best veterinarian I have ever been to. From simple check ups to major issues with my dogs. The staff there have continuously given top notch care, information and compassion. All my dogs love going there, we will be clients for life.

There are not enough words to describe the compassion Raintree has for its clients. Professional, knowledgeable and always there to listen. I have an anxious dog and we go weekly to counter condition, the team always takes a few minutes to make us feel safe and comfortable. They are amazing.The facility is super clean and welcoming and Dani says the treats are top notch.I have been a client for many years and cannot count the phone calls they have fielded from me and the emergencies they have always seen us for. Best care we have ever received and I am so thankful that we are a part of the Raintree family.

My husband took our cat in on an urgent basis as he was drooling profusely and acting off. We were able to get an appointment the same afternoon and saw a new vet named Dr. Vickers. My husband (a retired physician) was really impressed with her. He said she asked intelligent and thoughtful questions before treating our cat for calcium oxalate poisoning. The bill was very reasonable and the follow up service was excellent! We have found our vet! I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Vickers.
