What an incredible, local farm! To be able to pick up ethically raised Bison, raised with so much care and attention, in such a beautiful setting, is honestly a huge perk that residents in Thunder Bay should really take advantage of! You actually need to add oil or grease to the pan for the burgers as the meat is so lean. The jerky and pepperetts are delicious. Highly recommend!!
