Shockingly poor customer service; think really carefully before touching this brokerage company. I've never had more trouble with insurance in over 13 years then I experienced today; will deal direct in the future to avoid the pain.

We have been a customer with this company for over 22yrs and the way we have been treated makes me sick. We have been trying to add a car to our policy since Thursday and we are still waiting. We will be going else where. The leaders of this company have lost touch, do they know what is really happening.

I spoke two 3 ladies the first ladie I spoke to her name was Neeru she had no idea about costumer service I had to call3 times to get someone alse on the phone she needs training. I called a different day so finally I got a hold of someone alse her name was Sania she was great her costumer service was excellent and I also spoke to Shelly this morning and she was great even though I was on hold for a long time it was worth it. So pelase train the rest of staff because next time I get someone like Neeru I will take my business somewhere asle no one has time for on sentience.

I've been with these folks since 2010. Just in the last two years their customer service has disappeared. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails to their generic email and personal emails. At renewal I'll be leaving them

No StarMarsh is the worst insurance company you can come across. Please don't ever take it. You cannot reach them directly through telephone.I had insurance with them and had worst customer experience....Actually there should be one option for no star.........

I've been with this broker for over 8 years until I decided to leave recently when I found it I was overpaying for my insurance significantly. Unfortunately, customer service does not exist at Marsh Canada. If you try calling, you'll be on hold for at least an hour. When you finally get through, their staff makes promises such as following up with you, which they never do. They do offer a way to access them by email, to which they never respond. I have sent them my cancellation paperwork and followed up 3 times, yet still never received so much as an acknowledgement that they are working on my cancellation. Save your time and take your business to companies that care about their clients.

Currently waiting on hold for them, again. This is my fourth call to get additional insurance for a new purchase. Each rep said they would action, only to find out that nobody has done anything. Calls get cut off and they don't call back. Wait times are at lease 30 minutes to an hour and this is for existing customers. Their service has dropped. I will not be renewing with them. Go somewhere else, the absolute worst service.

Worst tenant insurance customer service ever. It’ll take about half an hour on hold over the phone just to reach some body. When you finally get someone they will leave you on hold for over an hour or won’t return your calls. Never signing up with them again. Cancelled my policy they don’t care about their customers!
