Not enough good things to say about Grace & Flow!! Love how accessible their virtual membership is - I can always squeeze in a quick yoga or pilates before work! The setting for the summer series is incredible & I have learned SO MUCH attending their informative events!! Thank you so much ladies!

From the short walk up to the platform, through the lavender field, to the lavender scented towels at the end of class… it was amazing! Highly recommend this event. The yoga itself was perfectly paced and suitable for any level. Stunning views, amazing teacher, perfect venue and mimosas to top it off!

Evening yoga on the platform is an absolutely amazing experience, it’s beautiful to go by yourself and enjoy the view, and also beautiful to bring some friends along and share the experience. Amazing yoga, amazing location! It’s one of my favourite Okanagan summer experiences!

This is THE best thing you can do for yourself. It aligns your yoga practice with nature and the classes are amazing. If you are a beginner or if you are a pro, you will get something from these classes. Classy, brilliant, and what a great venue.
