We highly recommend Interiors with Elegance. We had new kitchen countertops installed, our main floor 1/2 bath remodeled, and our main ensuite bathroom totally redone. The work is first class! The team takes pride in the quality of their craft and were always professional in their communications and approach.

After a lengthy and detailed bidding process we selected Interiors in 2021 to do a major upgrade to our kitchen and main living area. We took a long time with the design process and they were very comfortable proceeding this way. We personally spent more time on idea generation for the design than we expected but the result is we were mutually engaged in the process and extremely happy with the layout and functionality of the kitchen. We entertain a lot so this was very important to us. The time spent on details at this stage of the process also meant the estimate was solid and Wayne stood by his word. The only changes to cost during construction were one change by us and an issue with the subfloor which was discussed during design. There were no surprises.Our expectations for quality of workmanship were high and I would say they met this expectation on all accounts. Almost all of the trades were friendly and all of them were very good at what they do, in particular the cabinet maker, floor installer and painters. And probably the cleanest and neatest worksite I've ever seen. As you can imagine, supply and labour shortages were an unprecedented challenge in 2021 and our project timeline was certainly impacted. A little more communication through this process would have been helpful but like I said these were challenging times.Wayne and his team are decent human beings, professional, a pleasure to work with and produce high quality work. We are very happy with the result ! I would use them again and have recommended them to friends who are considering major renovations.

We had one of our bathrooms renovated in our home and we are very pleased with the way it turned out! The quality of the work is very impressive. We liked the expertise that we were offered from the beginning and appreciated the experience from Wayne at choosing the correct materials and bathroom faucets since it was our first time doing a complete bathroom renovation. The tradesmen that worked in our project were super friendly and professional. It took a little longer than we were expecting since they generally do not work on weekends, but we are very pleased with the end result. I recommend interiors with elegance to anyone that is looking for quality renovations and professional craftsmanship. The project was slightly more expensive that what we were hoping to spend but we are very pleased with the results and the custom solution that was offered to us.

Wayne and his entire team at Interiors With Elegance are excellent.They completed a main floor renovation including new flooring and kitchen in June 2021.This was our first renovation and Wayne was very informative and patiently answered my endless questions.The results are amazing and the quality and attention to detail is second to none.If you are lucky enough to have Travis working on site you will not be disappointed, he is so friendly and his work is second to none.Since the renovation they have been very attentive and have come back at no cost to address any minor concerns.Highly recommend and I am sure we will be calling Wayne again.

We have used Interiors with Elegance for 3 separate renovation projects in our home over the past 7 years and are looking to go ahead with a further project this year. The work included a main floor/ kitchen full redo, a master bath ensuite full redo, a partial downstairs upgrade and now a redo of the basement bathroom.We have been very impressed by the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff (notably Travis and Dave). However, what stands out over this is the follow through on the few minor issues that have arisen over the years. The response to these concerns has been prompt and provided without hesitation as part of an ongoing warranty commitment. The peace of mind this provides is highly valued and reinforces that a cheap quote is not really a good deal in the long run.IWE is not the cheapest contractor but they offer a turnkey (one point of contact) approach and are competitive with the higher end firms and we are glad we chose them as a trusted business partner.
