Some of the staff here are amazing but despite repeated comments to the duty managers, and even requests for paper between donuts, I get this. At a certain point it just feels crummy and like people don’t respect the money you’re spending.

This store never seems to get orders right, slow to deliver, barely friendly (drive through) - very unlike most of the Tim's I go to in the city. They did not have the doughnuts I ordered on the mobile app so told my husband to have me cancel my order (he had gone to pick the coffees and doughnuts) - and my husband purchased coffees again. I find out orders cannot be cancelled. The oat milk used in my Americano was old too. I will avoid this location at ALL cost

The food was so bad we drove out of town to Burger King for some food worth eating, Burger King did not disappoint. - My boyfriend and I got breakfast here this morning. The food was basically inedible. His breakfast sandwich was cold. They put butter on his bagel instead of cream cheese. I got 3 hash browns, although they were cooked well, they tasted TERRIBLE! After one bite I quickly realized they tasted like the inside of the freezer, you could tell they were old and freezer burnt. If I wanted freezer burnt food I could’ve saved my money and made the hash browns myself at home. 0 stars. Do not recommend. This was a disappointing experience.

Can’t seem to put the cardboard sleeve on hot drinks automatically, you always have to ask for them, and a couple of times I had to argue with the person in the drive through to get one, even though the drink was extremely hot and couldn’t be held.They have consistently messed up my order, where they give me a brewed iced tea instead of the passion fruit quencher, which the iced tea doesn’t taste good at all.Their donuts are never fresh, and they only ever have three types of timbits, and if you ask for a variety they mostly give you the birthday cake ones.

Orders are consistently wrong. They're more concerned about rushing you through the drive thru, even when you're the only person in it, than they are about giving you what you ordered. I'm constantly given the wrong drinks and wrong food and it's never discovered until we're back home or on the road. I shouldn't need to sit in the drive thru and check every single item to see if they didn't screw it up, but it sure feels like that's what I need to start doing.
