Just had my furnace replaced. I am very pleased with the value provided. They helped show me what rebates were available, how to contact the energy audit folks for the rebate, and also beat the competition for the same furnace from Costco and another local competitor. Installation was perfect, courteous, and thorough. Direct Air Systems took care of a last minute vent piece needed as well as removed obsolete power vent and sealed everything nicely. Everything worked great the first try. Great value. Thank you!

Connected my humidifier as a dehumidifier, then fried my thermostat while on a maintenance call.When I asked Jack get someone to connect the humidifier properly, he wanted to charge me for the visit, which I refused, then offered to come by to fix it on the weekend, but on the same call, he asked me to get someone else.This might be his way get out of the warranty, or avoid to stand behind the bad work of the technician.

I had such a great experience when I contacted Direct Air Systems in search of a quote for a Lennox furnace. To start, I receivef an immediate response from Robert, the salesman. He gave me all the info I needed on the phone and arranged to meet with me the next day to take measurements. He was clear and concise, did not oversell, professional, and knew what the best fit would be for my house. I felt confident in my decision. I woke up Saturday morning and discovered my furnace was not working. I diagnosed the issue as a failed igniter and started my search around town. A quick google search leads me to Jack over at Direct Air Systems on Healy road and thank goodness he was open til 2pm! I arrived and showed him what I needed (it’s always easier to bring the part with you), and he set off to find me a match. Comes back a minute later with a universal kit that looks like it’s going to work. I purchase the igniter at an excellent price and head home to complete the repairs. Everything worked perfectly and I couldn’t be happier (AND WARMER!) - Thanks for the help Jack, you saved me a LOT of stress today. 13/10 - would recommend.

Well, after realizing that I was in need of a new fireplace I made a few calls then a friend of mine recommended Jack and his team from Direct Air Systems. Jack came out, knew exactly what would work . Couple days later I visited his store with my mom so we could see it working. Just one of the few he had on display . A few days later, his team came and in just a few hours I had this brand new beautiful fireplace! Now to renovate the surround to make it stand out even more!
