Had a very well experience here. Good food, fast service and great lemonade. Good portion sizes, with the Chicken and waffles, and Belgian Waffle combo was delicious. Good eggs. And very fluffy and delicious Waffles.

The staff here are consistently cheerful and appropriately outgoing. They have made our very elderly mother feel appreciated and well cared for. The food comes quite quickly and is consistent, as you might hope it would from a large franchise organization.

I went for the first time a couple days ago, very busy place , I had come on the Victoria Day weekend and there was a wait list , so came back earlier morning the next day and got in fine. I found the food was great and a very reasonable plateful so to speak. The service was excellent, the kitchen took a while, like 20 min between ordering and food, so don't go in a rush on a busy day. Actually my main point is that I appreciate the 55 and over" reduced meal price on the half dozen fixed option menu they have for the price of a breakfast

The food was great, the service was excellent, I was surprised because I have not been at such a good IHOP restaurant in the past. The reason I stopped going to IHOP before is because it was unlike this one. As a result of this one and the service I had with the three of us at the table, everybody was happy! I highly recommend this IHOP location!

I have gone to this place today. Food was very delicious. Me and partner really enjoyed their pancakes. Donna is really nice and friendly server. I recommend people to visit this place.

The best part of coming here (besides the pancakes) would have to be out server Niki D. Great energy and gave off such a warm and friendly vibe. She's a fantastic example of great customer service.

This is a good clean IHOP located in Surrey. The atmosphere was good and the decor was modern. Service was very good. Very prompt.

It's an IHOP. I got the new beeakfast crepe (2 pcs). It was gigantic and super stuffed. Standard Canadian-tasting food. Put more sauce to make it better.

Food is excellent! So love it! The one who take our orders really did her job well. Though it's a bit busy during weekend's but worth the wait.
