I saw Taylor and her assistant Ashley recently for a calf injury - both provided personable, excellent service. Taylor listened to my feelings (and passed the kleenex) about being away from sport so we came up with a plan to get me back at it as soon as possible. She was so calm with my questions and VERY patient teaching a very nervous me to use stairs with crutches. If you need a physiotherapist I highly recommend Taylor!

I am going to Joleen for physio after my back injury and she is so amazing! She is always so helpful and can tell she cares about her clients, I am now getting help from placement students also and they are all so helpful and intelligent there. Also, for a MVA massage I went to Steve and it's incredible what he does, It's crazy. He finds every place in my back where it hurts without even telling him where the pain is.I've been to 3 different places and never thought I would ever get my back better where it wasn't literally aching every morning when I woke up and every night. I'm glad I got switched to this place because I'm now getting the best help possible. Not only do they do an amazing job but they actually care about you, they ask you your goals, they give you exercises and even do them with you to make sure you are doing them correct, they adjust it to make sure it's the best for you. I couldn't workout like i used to and that was the one thing I wanted to get back into. I've been doing just bands for a couple months with being so weak and today I am finally back doing small weights again!My back pain since hitting the deer went from a solid 10 back in November to now a 1-2 and that's only after after doing my workouts.I couldn't be happier or more thankful. I hope to anyone who is having any kind of problems to go to this place. I promise you, it will benefit you so much. After losing hope for months and wanting to give up working out or going to school thinking my back wouldn't get better, this place proved me wrong.Thank you

I have been going to Dr Lee for many years and when she moved her practice to Elm & Wilson, the experience was so much better. Parking is great and building is always clean.

This was my second knee replacement, Jennifer was excellent with me both times very attentive and listened to my struggles with the pain, and was thorough with explaining might be going on to the best of her knowledge, coaching me, and pushing me to try harder She was very patient with me.The rest of the staff was great with me too. Thank you also to Ashleigh, Zachary and Kayla.Great team, highly recommend!

I can say that I did not enjoy my first few visits as I was of the mindset that this was exactly the same as the first place I went to for lower lumbar treatment. And it was the same. Same stretches etc. But the first place only saw me for 1/2 hour or a bit longer.As time went on at Lifemark, I had more and more things to do and they made sure I did EVERY one of them before leaving. Pretty much 2 hrs twice a week I did lot's of strengthening and stretching. I also did what I could at home with time permitting and a small workout at home too.The staff were great to me. Shared some thoughts and ideas on what to do and many laughs. And they were accommodating to my shift that I worked. They came recommended by WSIB and I'm glad.After many months of working with the people at Lifemark I am able to return to full duties at my job.Thank you all for the help. I'll miss seeing everyone there.

Kaylah is the most helpful person I've ever seen, she worked hard the entire time helping multiple people. Kaylah is a fantastic example of what somebody in her field should be doing.

As a former patient myself years ago, I brought my son there after a bad experience at another local clinic. Jen and Kaylah are great with my son, are very knowledgeable, and have helped him with his range of motion. Dr Lee helped us recognise that he was in need of orthotics badly after being told elsewhere he didn’t need them (his arches are almost flat). Front desk/admin always happy to go above and beyond to help, very kind and friendly. Would recommend 10/10.

My appointment with massage therapist Steve Merrick extremely informativeas he helped me navigate my next step to healing while also making me feel at ease throughout my session. This far exceeded my expectations of this service. Thank you.

I suffered from tennis elbow for a year before I decided to get help. After 2 sessions and working on exercises made specifically for my needs with things I have at home, I'm feeling much stronger and the pain is almost completely gone. Love my early 7 am appointments making it easy to fit into my schedule. Staff is incredibly friendly and I would recommend Lifemark to anyone who has pain in their body....which is everyone.

Acupuncture from Dr. Lee has very positively changed my life. Over the past year I have had very successful results from my treatments.
