Unresponsive liars at this branch and I would assume most branches. Their account managers will sell you on products that you do qualify for to meet their personal quotas. Be leery of any advice you receive from an account manager at RBC.

Attended a nice video meeting and then they stopped paying attention to my banking request. Had to go back to my old branch in my hometown as they left me waiting for 5 months. My hometown branch is saying they can fulfil my request within a 3 weeks max. I emailed the Kingston agent multiple times with no reply. Left voicemails with no reply. My hometown branch replied to me within hours.

I just want to thank Matthew from the Main Branch in Kingston (Princess Street) for all his efforts today to help me get and send a wire transfer to Portugal. He managed a somewhat cumbersome process with grace and good humour, providing excellent service and seeking the help of his colleagues, when needed. And a thank you to his colleagues as well.

I have been breaking my bills into coin change for the past months and occasionally I get same employee that would deny me this service because I need a RBC account to do so. On the other hand, other employees have never asked me whether I had an account and respectfully accept. Never heading back and will never open a RBC account in the future.

I typically don't leave negative google reviews but the customer service I just recieved was shocking. The young brunette bank manager with an Australian accent could use a lesson or two on empathy and compassion. Cold, emotionless, and on a power trip. Does not care about customers at all. I left in tears. Considering switching banks to never have to potentially deal with her again.

I spent over an hour across multiple phone calls to talk to a human about closing accounts for my father who died. The automated assistant (who picks up if you call the call center or a branch directly) repeatedly hung up on me because I personally am not an RBC customer and had no client card number. I eventually got through to a human when I started yelling Speak to a human" over and over again into the phone. After this experience I have no interest in pursuing any kind of business relationship with RBC and will actively convey that friends and family moving forward."

Sad that RBC had decided to financially back something the majority of people and the law said were off limits. Corrupt legislation for the well-being and quality of life for all future inhabitants, has been backed by people unable to integrate, live together or amongst-digging Graves for the future wildlife we've finally got repopulating; for the infrastructure nightmare that will keep an economy booming while bankrupting newcomers and homebuilders. Because surely insurance will call it a natural disaster, leaving them more indebted, for the lifetime of insurance paid, by these persons. But we know we can't see the webs we weave, or we just don't care. Is it the cost of doing business? When are we all going to come together so everyone benefits. No one and to lose. It's only painte that way to keep momentum of popularity going.
