Hands down the absolute greatest service and experience I've had with an audio repair service in a very VERY long time. In the last couple of months I've had bad luck with audio service individuals until the day I was encouraged by a local audio store to try PERRY ELECTRONICS. I took a chance and have no regret doing so whatsoever. I had a Pioneer PL 4 turntable that was serviced previously by another technician. When I got the turntable back it was not functioning properly at all. I then take it to PERRY ELECTRONICS. J.R. was always to the point and up front each and every step of the way. He did warn me the repair can be done but that it may take several days. He kept me up to speed throughout the whole process as the repair was taking place. When the turntable was ready for pick up, cost was more than fairly priced (IN FACT QUITE GENEROUS CONSIDERING ALL J.R. DID). I took turntable home, tried it and it works as though I bought it brand new (BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT). EVERYTHING works beyond properly and flawlessly. My deepest admiration, respect, gratitude and thanks to MR. J.R.PERRY for doing a fantastic job. I do recommend him highly to anyone in need of audio component repair. Thumbs up all the way.

John breathed new life into my 20 year old NAD integrated amp. Had problem with right channel intermittently cutting out. After lots of soldering and replacement of a blown capacitor, the thing sounds fantastic. I didn't realize how much the sound had degraded over time. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant and efficient for reasonable price and helps keep my devices from going to the landfill and being replaced with crummy junk from China that will not be repairable when it breaks in 1-3 yrs! Took my KitchenAid mixer in on a Saturday morning & by Monday afternoon it was fixed. Super reasonable repair cost too; I'd recommend this gentleman any time.
