Jennifer at FirstOntario was great to deal with. She gave me an insurance package that matched my previous home and auto but at a better rate. Overall, this is the best insurance company I've dealt with so far. Professional and responsive.

I keep getting mail from my credit union to call and give FirstOntario insurance a tryMy insurance is coming due in a month, so I filled an online enquiry asking for a home and auto quote, followed up by a phone call in, left my name and phone number with the person that answered the phone, no one followed up….update….. I did hear back from Ryan, one of the insurance agents, who apologized for the delay in getting back to me, listened to my request and that same day provided me with a quote, the service from Ryan I give 5 stars, the delay on getting back to me until I wrote a review knocks it down a bit.

Kelly was very helpful and pleasant. I was very pleased with the quote as it was much better than my current insurance.
